"Taylor! It's so good to finally meet you!" A lady pulled open the front door, gesturing for me to come inside. If I'm being completely honest, I'm not entirely sure who she was. Maybe Travis's mom? In which case I wanted to make an amazing first impression. "I'm Donna, Travis's mom. It's so so good to finally meet the girl my son has been talking about non stop for-" Donna paused, being interrupted by Travis.

"-Taylor! Baby how are you?" Travis wrapped his arm around me, kissing the top of my head. My stomach immediately exploded into a million butterflies. This man has really done something to me.

"I'm good." I smiled up at him, completely lost in his eyes until he spoke again.

"I see you've met my mom... what has she been saying to you...?" Travis questioned with a small chuckle.

"I was just saying how good it is to finally meet Taylor, since you've been talking about her non stop for-

"Mm- mom.. no thank you. Please stop." Travis interrupted.

"Travis that was rude, let your mom finish!" I smiled at him, knowing he was hating every second of this.

"-for months. He's been talking about you for months." Donna finished.

I gasped a little, looking up at Travis and his now bright red face.

"Is that true Trav?" I smiled, waiting for his answer.

"I um-... no?"

"Don't lie to her Travis! He has been talking about you for months. You should've seen him after your show! He kept going on about this one song... I forgot what it's called beginning with V maybe?" Donna said, thinking hard about tha name of the song.

"MOM- mom- please stop. Come on Taylor let's go uh- I wanna- introduce you to my friends!" Travis spat out.

"It was really nice meeting you Ms Kelce!" I tried to say to Donna as Travis basically dragged me away. "Well your mom seems lovely!" I grinned, observing Travis's still bright red face.

"Oh yeah I just love her!" Travis smiled sarcastically, still embarrassed.

"You're adorable" I smirked, slightly standing on my toes to kiss Travis on the cheek.

"I'm sorry about my mom... she... gets excited about things." Travis apologised, tucking a piece of hair behind my ear.

"I love your mom! Shes really sweet." I smiled.

"She is when she's not embarrassing me..." Travis said along with a small laugh.

The little pre-game party Travis was having went on, and eventually Travis did have to leave with the other team members so that they could get to the stadium in time.

By that point though he had introduced me to many of his friends including Brittany, Patrick Mahomes' wife. We ended up chatting for the entire rest of the party before we had to all head to the game ourselves. I could tell we would be really good friends, she's so down to earth and just a lovely person, plus she has adorable kids.

The entirety of the game was so much fun. I screamed and cheered every time Travis caught the ball, even if it wasn't a touchdown. It's so amazing to watch him play, he really is one the best, you can tell from watching the game that he really loves what he does.
