Taylor's POV
August 2023
I stood nervously in front of my full length mirror, picking at every part of my outfit. I had on a short black skirt, and tucked into it I had a white, low cut top. Underneath I had on just a simple black lacy matching set, the lace slightly sticking out of my shirt, just enough for him to see.
Tonight was Travis and I's fourth date, and I'm pretty sure it's usually around now when you're supposed to have sex. Not that there's a 'supposed to' time, but I wanted to. And I'm pretty sure he wanted to as well. We almost got there on the third date, but I pulled back a little, suddenly getting super nervous, so nothing ever happened.
Tonight though, I was ready. I had shaved every, and I mean every single part of my body, then lathered myself up with a thousand different lotions to make sure my skin was super smooth. I'd even laid in the sun for a few hours earlier today, just to give my skin a bit more of a glowy tan.
I smiled at myself, fixing up some of the bits of my hair that had already gone frizzy, then slightly jumped when I heard a knock at the front door. Taking a deep breath, I gave myself a small nod in the mirror, then glanced around my bedroom to make sure everything was clean, and headed downstairs.
"Hey!" I smiled as I pulled open the door, and was met with Travis, standing there grinning, his pale green eyes crinkling at the corners. Immediately, my eyes flicked to the small bouquet of hydrangeas, my favourites.
"Hi! Here, these are for you." He smiled.
I took the flowers, then grabbed his hand and pulled him into me. I stood up on my tiptoes, and leaned in, kissing him softly. "Thank you." I whispered into his lips, then kissed him again.
"How was your day?" Travis asked, and I led him through the house to the kitchen, where I found a vase, filled it with water, and gently placed the flowers in.
"It was good! I started working on a new song." I smiled excitedly. It was about him, but he didn't need to know that yet. I hadn't worked out all of the details, but so far it was something along the lines of being nervous about getting back into a relationship, but doing it anyway because I simply couldn't ignore the spark I had with Travis.
"Yeah? What's it about?" Travis grinned, sitting himself on a stool, and leaning his elbows on the table, his head sitting in his hands.
I giggled at him, god he's adorable, I shrugged, with a small smirk on my face that I knew he'd be able to see right through.
Travis gasped, straightening his posture as he held his hand to his heart, "Is it about me?" He smiled, and I couldn't help but smile back.
"Dunno." I shrugged again, but I blushed hard, making the answer to his question a dead giveaway.
Travis suddenly grabbed me by the waist and tugged me forwards, then cupped his hands around my face, and leaned in. He kissed me slowly, passionately, like he was trying to memorise the taste of my lips.
I quietly moaned into his mouth, then quickly pulled away as I felt the heat start to rush between my legs. "We should make dinner." I smiled, resting both my hands against his chest.
Travis grinned at me, knowingly, then nodded, and followed me around the counter and to the fridge.
"I thought it would be fun if we cook together." I smiled, pulling a few things from the fridge.
"You're adorable." Travis snaked his arms around my waist from behind, and softly kissed my neck. I instantly melted into his embrace, then spun around and shoved a bag of lettuce into his chest.
