also this one will be longggg........

Taylor's POV

"Oh..." I grinned, teary-eyed as I stared down at the bathroom counter, where 6, very positive pregnancy tests all sat, lined up in the order that I'd taken them. 6 positive tests and I still didn't believe it was real. "Oh my god..."

Travis and I had been trying to get pregnant for almost a year, and this was the first time I'd ever seen a positive test, so naturally, I had to take as many as possible to really prove it to myself.

Tears dripped down my face, as I tried to fully comprehend what was happening. This felt almost like a dream. Like it wasn't real.

I carefully picked up the last test in the line, staring at where it showed the little words 'Pregnant, 5-6 weeks'. I let out a small laugh/cry, my eyes filling with salty water, making the test blurry to see.

"Oh my god." I cried excitedly. I brought my hand to my mouth in attempt to stifle my sobs.

My mind was already running wild with ideas on how I could tell Travis. He'd be so excited. It didn't take me long to settle on an idea, a friendship bracelet. It was what started our relationship, and he also used it to propose to me, it would only be right to include a little bracelet in telling him this as well.

Collecting the tests in my hands, I placed them all into my drawer, keeping one in my hand as I went downstairs to find the small box of beads I had leftover from the Eras Tour.

Travis would be home in probably just under an hour, which gave me a little bit of time to make this bracelet.

Placing the test down on the table, I stuck a piece of elastic down, then started to very carefully thread a mixture of pastel pink, purple, blue and yellow beads on, throwing in a shiny gold bead every now and then too. I spelled out the words 'I'm pregnant' onto the bracelet, then very gently picked up the elastic and tied the bracelet together.

Sliding the finished bracelet onto my wrist, I packed up all the beads, and shoved the test into my pocket, then made my way upstairs into the bedroom next to ours. I didn't want to get carried away so soon, but this room would 100% be the baby's room.

I checked the time. 4:23. There'd still be almost 40 minutes before Travis would be home. I looked around the room, thinking hard. This room didn't have much in it. It wasn't one of our main guest bedrooms since it was right next to Travis and I's, and so had barely been touched in years.

Slightly smiling to myself, I started to slowly, piece by piece, drag out each bit of furniture, until by 4:50pm, it was a completely empty room. I imagined where the cot would go, where a changing table would go, where a little couch would go. We would paint the walls too, maybe pastel yellow or something.

I spun in an excited little circle in the middle of the room, then placed both my hands over my flat belly.

"This'll be your room baby!" I glanced at my stomach, and smiled, then my head jerked up when I heard the front door open. "Alright, this is it. You excited to tell daddy about you?" I grinned, spun in another little circle, then walked out of the room and downstairs.

I said hello to Travis, kissed him, a few times, then dragged him straight upstairs.

"Taylor- what on earth. Why is there furniture in the hallway." He laughed as I dragged him past the sideways tilted bed, the little desk and the dresser.

"No reason." I grinned, and brought him into the empty bedroom.

"I'm confused..." He narrowed his eyes at me, as if he was trying to read my facial expression to figure out what was going on.
