Chapter 40: Another Freaky Fight! A Dimension Traveler Interfered?!

Aaron and Lucas then fought it out. Aaron fired away some magic from his flowery staff at Lucas, but Lucas blocked them by whipping at them to dust.

"Well, aren't you a precious flower boy?" He said to Aaron with a smirk, "Come on, don't you want to be a heavy hitter?"

"A what?" Aaron wondered,

"Forget it!"

Lucas whips at Aaron, but Aaron avoids his whipping and fires some of his magic at him with his flowery staff. Lucas groaned with anger as he dodged the attacks.

"You're nothing without me!" He said, "If you wouldn't just trust us to turn you all into freaks, then we wouldn't have killed you anyways!"

"Ok, now you're just speaking nonsense!" Aaron said, "You're probably working for the same Dark Lord Renombre also works for!"

Lucas then furiously whips at Aaron, but Aaron avoided it more.

"STAND STILL, DAMN IT!" Lucas shouted,

Aaron gulped.

Ghoulexis meanwhile was taking on Marie. Marie used her Greedy Puppet Strings to try and control Ghoulexis like a puppet, but Ghoulexis was in her ghost form as she quickly avoided them.

"Ah, being a ghost again, huh?" Marie said, "I see. You do realize when you try to float away, the strings can still get you in your ghostly form?"

"Yeah, but this time I'm trying to find a way to outsmart ya bloody strings!" Ghoulexis replied,

"Ooh la la, you're pathetic."

"No, you are, mate!"

Ghoulexis then used her Voodoo magic as a ghost to then control Marie's strings as they were about to control her.

"What the?!" Marie shouted as she was surprised,

Ghoulexis then affected the strings to control Marie from her fingertips.

"WOAH!" Marie shouted, "WHAT IS THIS?!"

"Neat trick, huh?!" Ghoulexis shouted, "I called this, revenge!"

Ghoulexis then tossed Marie onto a tree with her Voodoo magic while controlling the strings. Ghoulexis then fired her magic at that tree. Ghoulexis smiled.

“Oh yeah! That's Voodoo magic for ya, mate!” She said,

Travis was holding onto his metal staff as he looked at Sage. Sage had a serious look on his face, even though he was wearing a mask to cover his nose and mouth. His eyes give off a serious look for him. Travis gulped.

“So… What are your powers?” He asked Sage,

Sage created a magical fire out of his Sloth Sin.

“Wanna see for yourself?” He wondered,

“I guess!” Travis replied, scared,

Travis then ran towards Sage to try and hit him with his metal staff, but Sage took control of Travis's staff with his magic and took it out of his hands and grabbed it under his hands.

“Thanks for the free weapon.” Sage said,

Travis gulped in fear.
