Chapter 62: The Spider Monster Girl, Tarula! The Orange Orb's Powers!
Aaron and Lucas were slowly walking upstairs to where The Orange Orb would be at. There, Lucas stops Aaron as a trap was in their way.
“There's a trap we must go through.” Lucas said,
“What does it do?” Aaron wondered,
“Your guess is as good as mine.”
Lucas got out his whip to try and think for a moment.
“Let's see…” He wondered as he examined the trap, “There's holes on the floor, which probably means that spikes might come out if we step on them. …There should be a way to–”
A monstrous spider appears out of nowhere and screeches at Aaron and Lucas.
“--GAHH! SPIDER!” Aaron shouted in fear,
“Oh good grief.” Lucas said as he whips the spider down to where the trap was at, “Down!”
Then, the spider quickly escaped as a spike came out of a hole.
“Knew it!” Lucas said, “I knew this was the trap!”
“That's good and all, but where did that spider come from?” Aaron wondered,
“Spiders are always in places that haven't been checked on in a while.”
“...Whatever that means, that I sorta get it.”
Lucas sighed as he stretched a bit.
“Stand back, I know how to do this.” He said, “As a Ringmaster, I'm also very aerodynamic.”
“You're an acrobat?” Lucas wondered,
“Fenris and Webbo are, but… I sorta help out sometimes…”
Lucas then walked back and ran up to a wall. He then walked on the wall for a few seconds to landed on the other side of the trap, safely.
“Woah…” Aaron said, “Amazing!”
Lucas smirked.
“I know, it takes practice to get it right.” He said, “Now let me see how you can do it!”
“R-Right, umm…” Aaron said, “The thing is, I'm not very–”
Then, more spiders appeared around Aaron, scaring him.
“GAHHHH!” He shouted as he tried to flee them with his flowery sword, “GET OFF OF ME!”
“Oh, great, more spiders.” Lucas said,
Then, Lucas heard giggling.
“Who's there?!” He shouted, “And where are you?!”
“Right above you!” A Feminine voice replied,
Lucas looked up and was pounced to the ground by a giant spider monster girl. She has 4 arms, 4 eyes and some sort of spider legs growing from her back. She giggled as she got Lucas right where she wanted him.
“Oh, dying to meet me, huh?” Lucas said, blushing,
“No, I'm already taken.” The spider monster replied,
“Same here. Anyways!”
Lucas then kicked the spider monster girl in her midsection and was freed from her control. He got up and cracked his whip.
