Chapter 54: The Breakdown Of The Ringmaster Of Lust
It was closer to the evening of another day. Aaron was still recovering in Mary's caring home. Let's see what the others are doing now that Aaron is back in Vothars.
Spellisa was in The Midnight Sky Circus as she was searching for Lucas.
“Lucas?” She hollered, “Lucas? Where are you?”
Spellisa then went to her and Lucas's room and noticed that something was wrong. She saw that the mirror to her and Lucas's little makeup area was shattered by a punch.
“What the?” She said, “What did Lucas do?”
Spellisa looks around for Lucas.
“Lucas?” She continued to holler, “Lucas? It's Spellisa! Where are you?”
Lucas wasn't in the room. Spellisa was confused.
“What's gotten into him all of a sudden?” She wondered,
Sage meanwhile was searching for Lucas too.
“Ringmaster!” He hollered, “Where are you, Ringmaster?!”
Sage then heard something fall in another room.
“The closet.” He said,
In the closet, Lucas was curled up in a ball, shaking and going through something horrible.
“Why?” He said as he was about to cry, “Why is this happening to me? I thought I got rid of them! I thought I got rid of my mother and my deadbeat father!”
Lucas then heard voices.
“Lucas, please forgive me!” A Feminine voice said,
“You're just like your mother, a worthless waste of human life!” A Masculine voice said,
“Shut up!” Lucas shouted, “I don't need any of you! Get away from me!”
The voices grew louder.
“I'm sorry, Lucas, I shouldn't have left you with him!” The Feminine voice said,
Lucas puts his hands on his head and started to tear up.
“You're weak!” The Masculine voice said, “You're nothing but a useless piece of shit that I regret having to raise within that woman!”
“Shut up…” Lucas said softly,
“You're gonna regret raising your voice at me!”
Lucas got up and got angry, while having tears in his eyes.
“SHUT UP!” He shouted, “GET OUT OF MY MIND!”
Sage then opened the door to see Lucas in his traumatic episode.
“Ringmaster!” Sage said, “There you are!”
Lucas gasped as he got to the ground and curled into a ball.
“No! Go away!” He shouted, “Don't hurt me!”
“Lucas! Calm down, it's Sage!” Sage said,
Lucas then looks at Sage.
“...Please leave.” Lucas said,
“We're worried about you.” Sage said as he offered Lucas a hand, “Come on, we'll find our lord and he can–”
