Chapter 20: Back To The Garden, To Find A Golden Snapdragon!
It was then a new day. Aaron and Suzan were back in The Garden Of Wonders with Floroso. Aaron was training with his Flower Power magic while he and Suzan were talking to Floroso.
"So… You met a voodoo Elf with ghost powers in the Poroku Ruins?" Floroso wondered, "And you developed feelings for her when she turned from a ghost back to her normal Elf form?"
"That's basically what happened." Aaron replied while scratching the back of his head, "Heh heh, I don't know what caused me to like her though."
"She looked like a tomboy girl." Suzan said, "Perhaps you like her because of the way she acts or looks."
"Maybe…"
"Anyways, glad you could find a 2nd crush." Floroso said, "Never seen someone that has two crushes before."
"Well now you do."
The three share a laugh.
"Ok, let's move on to a serious topic." Floroso said, "A Spring Elf and a Bee Monster has given me a message on a Golden Snapdragon blooming somewhere in Dead Center Forest."
"A Golden Snapdragon?" Aaron wondered, "That's a rare flower that hasn't been grown in months, right?"
"Right. I wanted to get my hands on it and increase its quantity more, but Renombre is in the way."
"Of course, what does he want?" Suzan wondered,
"To burn it, take its gold dust and give it to his Dark Lord, making him stronger. Because the gold dust of a Golden Snapdragon is supposed to make you move faster if you use it correctly."
"I see…"
"Well, we gotta help out, yeah?" Aaron wondered,
"Oh yeah, we're definitely helping!" Floroso replied, "Now then…"
Floroso then got out his beehive-shaped flute.
"I'll play a different melody that can take us to Dead Center Forest when we get to Honacob!" He said, "Maybe we might see Queen Melinda again."
"Queen Melinda?" Suzan wondered, "Never heard of her."
"Oh, she's friendly."
"Ok, I guess I can believe that for a queen."
Floroso then played another melody on his beehive-shaped flute.
"Ooh! This one's different!" Aaron said,
Then, a portal appeared in front of them. A female bee monster came out of the portal and she and Floroso offered each other a handshake.
"Sir Floroso Garday of The Garden Of Wonders." She said, "It appears you want to go to Dead Center Forest?"
"Correct." Floroso replied as he showed the bee monster Aaron and Suzan, "These two are with me."
"Right. The Flower Human and a… Robot?"
"It's a long story." Suzan replied,
"Ok, let's not hear it. I shall take you to Honacob and then to Dead Center Forest!"
Everyone followed the bee monster to Honacob. The portal then closes once everyone has crossed over.
