JASMINE'S POV

"So tell me Miss Cariel, what can you say about those people who lost their hope in love?"

I smiled because of that question. Everyone is watching me. With all the cameras and reporters, I couldn't help but feel nervous about it.

Ano nga ba ang masasabi ko?

"There different kinds of love in this world. Whether family love, friendship, or romantic, we experience those things because we are human. But also, we feel heartbreaks because of what we expected to happen and who broke our trusts to them. We can have all the reasons not to hope for those kinds of true love. But without it, we wouldn't appreciate the things we have right now. We will not grow as a person. We will not learn how to look on other things that we failed to see before. Those things are worth the pain. And that is why, don't lose hope. We may fail many kinds of love in this world, but loving ourselves will not fail us. Sometimes, you just have to wait for that one person who will truly love you the way you love yourself, or maybe more than that. We can't tell."

Tinawa ko ang huling sinabi ko. Everyone laughed after that. Even my co-stars who are sitting with me.

"Iba talaga ang isang Jasmine Cariel. No wonder people love you and your work. We can see your dedication to your character. How about you Mr. Kyle Quintin? What can you tell about Miss Cariel answer?"

Tiningnan ko si Kyle habang hinihintay ang sagot niya. We are all looking at him. He glanced at me and smiled.

"No wonder Zendrick loves her character, Jessel. She's the real life Jessel."

Naghiyawan ang mga kasama namin sa venue. Tumawa lang ako at hinayaan ang usbong ng kantyawan sa aming dalawa.

This is showbiz. Even if you don't like to, you cannot say no. Even if you are just co-workers, people would find you a thing for small gestures.

Kyle knows that and he is going with the flow. He's been a star longer than me. I only started my acting career two years ago. This is my first debut in movies and to have this kind of feedback is such a great honor to me.

Pagkatapos ng event, dinala na ako ng manager ko sa loob ng van. Bumagsak ang katawan ko sa upuan at ipinikit ang sarili sa pagod. It's been a long day and I really really need to rest.

"Nakainom ka na ba ng vitamins mo?" Tanong ni Johnny, my manager.

"Yeah. I just want to rest."

"Okay. Matulog ka muna. Gisingin nalang kita pag dumating na tayo sa unit mo."

Tumango ako at pinikit na ang mga mata ko. Naramdaman ko ng umandar ang sasakyan. Hindi rin nagtagal at nakatulog na rin ako sa sobrang pagod.

Nagising nalang ako nang huminto na ang sasakyan. Unang lumabas si Johnny at ang isa pang personal assistant ko.

Binuksan ko ang van para lumabas. They are busy getting my things when my phone rang. I immediately answered it.
