Your POV
Three days came and went, meaning Midoriya was back in class.
"Guys! I'm sorry for all the trouble I caused!" He yelled, bowing to the class as he said it.
"No sweat, Deku. Thanks for your hard work," Uraraka replied.
"All he did was vacuum," Jiro retorted, "And what's with those steam nostrils?"
"Class rep! Iida! I'm sorry I disappointed you!"
Iida nodded awkwardly and responded, "Right. Well, I'm glad you learned from your mistakes. Follow the rules from now on."
Midoriya had a scary and determined look on his face as he vowed, "I'll catch up with everything I fell behind on these past three days!"
"That's the fighting spirit! Do it, man!" Kirishima encouraged.
I smiled as I jokingly added, "I'm just glad I don't have to babysit you anymore."
The cheerful energy of the room immediately died as my dad scarily said, "Time to take your seats, everyone." The chairs scraped against the floor as everyone quickly took their seat to avoid the wrath of my father. "Morning. Now that Midoriya is back, we'll go into more detail about what the work studies entail. Go ahead and come in." I curiously turned to the door as it slid open. "I'll have people who've experience them firsthand explain. I suggest you listen carefully as they point out how work studies differ from internships." There they were. Three upperclassmen that I hadn't seen since I started school. UA's big three. "These three are third years at UA. They rank at the very top of our student body. You may know them as... The Big Three."
"Y/N!"
"Neji!"
I stood up from my seat and ran over to her as she met me halfway, bringing me into a big sisterly hug. "I haven't seen you since school started! How are you? Well, I mean, besides the whole kidnapping and torture part," she said.
I smiled awkwardly and rubbed the back of my neck, "I'm good. What about you, Neji?"
"Oh, I'm great! I have so much to fill you in on! First of all-"
"You know the Big Three?!" My class shouted.
I blushed and turned to face them, nodding, "Yeah... It's kind of a long story, so it'll have to wait." My dad cleared his throat and gestured for me to sit back down in my chair. "Right. Sorry about that," I said bashfully, sitting back down.
"Get to it. Introduce yourselves briefly. Let's start with Amajiki," my dad told them.
Tamaki stared intensely at the class, before his gaze dropped to the floor. He trembled violently as he spoke to Neji and Mirio, "It's no good. You two go. I just can't. Even if I try to imagine them as potatoes, I can see their human bodies. I know that they're still people. No words are coming out. My mind's blank and my mouth is dry. I can't say anything. I wanna... go home." Tamaki turned around so he didn't have to face the class as he trembled.
I raised my hand slightly, "Should I... ya know." I gestured to the poor boy, asking if I should use my quirk to calm him down. My dad sighed and nodded, giving me the go ahead.
I stood up from my seat and walked over to Tamaki, placing a hand on his shoulder as I began using my quirk slowly.
"Um, okay. So, are you really one of UA's top heroes?" Ojiro asked skeptically.
Neji laughed and encouraged him, "Come on, Amajiki! You need to have the heart of a lion, not a kitten. You know, even though you're human. Get what I mean?" She gestured to Tamaki, who had stopped shaking, but still refused to look at the class, "This is our kitten, Tamaki Amajiki. And, hi, my name is Nejire Hado. I'm supposed to talk about work studies. You first years have a really exciting time ahead of you... Hey, wait, hold on." She walked up to Shoji and asked, "Why are you wearing a mask? Is it cuz you're feeling sick? Or just... Trying to look cool?"
