Your POV

It had been a week since Midoriya, Todoroki, Katsuki, and I started working at the Endeavor Agency. I adapted my blood manipulation to give me more speed and agility. When I would go around sharp bends, I would give myself a burst of speed to catapult myself forward, then move the blood in front of me before angling my feet sideways so that I could push off in the direction I wanted to go. Similar to how a swimmer flips over and pushes off the wall without losing momentum.

Currently, we were patrolling around the city. It wasn't super late, only around 9:30, but since it was winter, the sun was going down even earlier in the day. As we were walking down the street, a sudden shout came, "That thief took my bag! Someone, call a hero!"

Without a second thought, the boys and I took off in the direction of the voice. I used my enhanced speed while I pulled the blood from the canister on my hip. Then, I switched from running to gliding without missing a beat. The four of us were fast approaching the villain and were nearly there.

But of course, Endeavor swooped in just before us took out the villain with a single punch. The boys and I all came to a halt as we stared at the pro with frustrated glares.

"We were the ones who responded first this time," Todoroki almost whined.

"Damn it," Katsuki groaned, "How did he beat us again?"

I huffed a disappointed sigh as I sulked slightly. Sure, we had all improved and we were definitely getting faster. But we still weren't fast enough to beat Endeavor... yet.

"You should be more careful if you're still using cash these days," Endeavor told the victim while handing him back his briefcase.

"Yes, sir!" The man nodded enthusiastically.

"Endeavor," Kido called over the earpieces, "We've got a hit and run in area 23!"

"Got it. Be right there!" The pro replied, taking off into the air. I groaned at his slight head start, before taking off into the air again, the boys close behind.

And yet again, we were beaten by a mile. When we arrived, Endeavor had already captured the villain and was handing him over to the police. The boys were all panting heavily as they stopped. Thankfully, my quirk allowed for amazing breath control, however I was still tired.

"Let's stop here for today," Endeavor said, taking in our tired states, "You should return to your rooms and get some sleep."

"I'm not done fighting!" Katsuki retorted.

Midoriya was quick to scold him, "Don't argue, Kacchan."

"What about you?" Todoroki asked, "You're not coming back with us?"

"I'll head in after patrol's over," the hero answered, "We have an early day tomorrow. Don't start it out fatigued." He then walked away from us, leaving the four of us to go back to the agency.

As we walked, Todoroki and Midoriya fell behind as Katsuki and I kept a steady pace side by side. I wasn't paying much attention, just looking around at anything that caught my eye. A few paces down the street, I spotted a small convenience store.

"Hey, are you guys hungry?" I asked the three boys. They all replied with some type of affirmative answer. "Wait here."

I left the three outside and walked into the small shop. I browsed the aisles for a few short moments, grabbing a snack and a drink for each of us. After I was satisfied, I walked over to the counter and smiled kindly at the older man.

"Evening, sir," I greeted, placing the items on the smooth, off-white surface.

"Yes, good evening!" He replied back cheerfully as he began ringing me up. "I have to say," he began, only glancing up from his busy hands, "It's not often we get heroes in here. It's truly an honor!"
