She closed her eyes and stuck out her hand, ready to force push whoever was behind her, till she heard Obi Wan's voice, "Alex? Are you Alright?" She opened her eyes, relieved to see the face of the only person she would have wanted to see.

"Oh Obi," She said, hugging him tightly.

"What are you doing here so late?"

"Oh I-" She tried to come up with a believable excuse, "I suppose I was sleep walking."

"You're a poorer liar than Anakin." Obi Wan said, crossing his arms.

"Okay that's insulting." She looked at him, "Alright, i couldn't sleep, and i was extremely bored."

"You could have just said that. But why were you so shaken up when i got to you."

"I thought you were a ghost." Alex joked. She could've told him what had happened, but she didn't want him to be worried. Besides she was well aware of how sensitive the jedi were about the dark side, what if they asked her to leave.

Obi Wan looked at her concerned, as if he knew she was lying. "Come on let's go back to bed." She said.

Don't resist whats inside you, Alex. Lose yourself, let it go, let it go, They don't care about you!

Alex gasped for air. She had woken up from what seemed to be a nightmare, she looked around, It was still dark, Obi Wan laid next to her, she didn't want to wake him up. She felt oddly cold, as if she was visited by a ghost, or something much darker.

"Alex, are you alright?" Alex snapped out of the abyss she fell into while standing around watching younglings train from the outside through a window. It was Obi Wan.

"Huh? Oh— yes i'm fine, didn't get much sleep last night." She answered, not looking back at Obi Wan, still watching the younglings. She looked at each kid and wondered how they felt, separated from their families.

"Yes I am quite aware of that," He held her hand and made her face him. "I heard you last night, Have you been having dreams?"

"Yeah crazy ones, dreams where my cat dies." She tried to joke around it.

"Alex.."

"Obi Wan it's nothing really."

"Alex, if you've been having dreams, you need to tell me, it can't lead to anything good," He explained, his eyebrows were furrowed, showing his concern.

"Oh just let it go!" She said dramatically, and let go of his hand, turning around, "I have a mission to get to." She said and walked away from him. He watched her go with a glimmer of hope in his eyes that maybe she would look back and tell him about her dreams, that they would fix it.

Alex opened her eyes, the first thing she saw was a piercing light, causing her to squint, and infront of the light was Obi Wan.

"Alex! Can you hear me?" She tried to get out a word as close to 'yes'. Obi Wan had the look of relief on his face. She managed to sit up straight, her vision was becoming more clearer now, she was in the middle of rubble, with Anakin, Obi Wan, and Ahsoka around her. She also had a terrible aching in her head.

"What happened," She whispered.

"You accidentally stepped on a bomb set by the separatists." Ahsoka informed. Suddenly it all came back to her.

"I'm telling you, this base is abandoned, there are no separatists here." Alex argued.

"We don't know for sure till we keep looking." Obi Wan said. Alex rolled her eyes. They were on a planet investigating the remains of one of their starships that was brought down by the separatist army a few days ago. Alex was frustrated, with Obi Wan, all she wanted to do was the opposite of what he said, just to spite him. Why? She didn't know.

"There's no point to this." She said.

"WAIT! ALEX LOOK OUT."

"Are you alright?" Obi Wan's voice snapped her out of her memory. She nodded, then she noticed a fresh bruise on his temple, it looked quite awful.

"What is that? Are you okay?" She felt panicked, and guilty.

"I'm fine, I feel awful i'm sorry, you were right," He said, and then he took Alex in for a hug.

Suddenly they heard a faint growl. "Uh, hate to ruin the moment, but—" Ahsoka intervened.

"Those must be gundarks!" Anakin shouted.

"What the hell are Gundar—" Alex was cut off by being slammed into a wall by, what she assumed was a Gundark. "Can't catch a break today." she whispered to herself.

There were 3 of them. Anakin And Ahsoka dealed with one, While Obi Wan dealed with the other.

The Gundark that slammed Alex into the wall came closer, She felt unable to move, and there wasn't any time either. She looked next to her and saw a steel poll, possibly from the shipwreck. She grabbed it and got up, screaming as she jumped high and stabbed the Gundark with the poll right in the eye. Everyone watched her.

There was some sort of pain or agony behind it, it was scary. Mostly to Obi Wan. Anakin of course stood there smiling and proud. Alex took out the steel rod, and watched the Gundark fall to the ground.
