Y/N didn't remember anything from her past. All she knows is her identity as a demon. But her traits as a demon can't be recognize instantly, as she seem almost human.
One one faithful day, Y/N stumbled upon a young man by the name Tomioka Giyuu wh...
She was so close to lose herself to her demonic self, and then she was close to dying because of the wisteria. That truly was one of the scariest moment, witnessing the girl I love in such state. I don't ever want to go through that again. I will protect her better. I swear on my life.

Once my strength return, we continue our search for the rare bamboo. Which leads us into a cave. I turn to look at Giyuu who's holding my hand firmly as if he's worried I might disappear. I give his hand a light squeeze, making him turn to look at me.
"It's okay..." I said. He slowly nods his head, smiling at me. I turn to look forward as we walk inside the cave. I notice the temperature of this cave is lukewarm. This lets me know that we're on the right direction. The bamboo I've been searching should be around here somewhere.
We come into a clearing, inside the cave. It didn't take long for me to realize that we're both surrounded by bamboos. They're taller than the two of us, making it feel like we're inside a forest.

"We actually found the bamboo" I breathe out, as I look around in astonishment. I turn to Giyuu and throw my arms around him out of excitement. His arms instantly went around my waist. "We found it!!" I cheered happily. He picks me up and starts twirling us around. I let out a gleeful laugh as I hold onto his shoulders for support.
He gently lower me down. I pull away from him and walk towards the bamboos. I start to look for the perfect size to make my flute. It should be the right size. I have to make sure it's not too small and not too big to carve into a flute.
"What about this one, Y/N?" I hear Giyuu said. I turn my head to look at him. He's holding one of the bamboo. I walk up to him to inspect it.
"This one is perfect, Giyuu. Thank you!" I said. He nods his head as he smiles at me. He pulls out his sword and cuts it off. I hold it in my hand. I stare at it, while smiling happily. With this bamboo, I can make a new flute to help me fight in future battle against demons.
I turn my head to look at Giyuu, smiling at him. My eyes widen when I notice a movement behind him. "Giyuu, watch out!!" I yelled out. He turn around, only to have a large sharp claw piercing through his shoulder. He let out a pained cry. I rush towards him and kills the demon with my shoe's blade.
I turn to Giyuu as the demon begins to disintegrate behind me. I cradle him in my arms as blood keeps on flowing from his shoulder. Without a doubt, his bone is shattered from the impact. I let out a shaky breath when his skin starts to turn purple, which means those claws have poison in them.
"We're gonna get out of here, okay? Just hang in there, Giyuu" I said. He nods his head weakly. I strap the bamboo on my waist band, and help Giyuu get on my back. I stand up and starts running. We have to get out of this mountain as soon as possible, or Giyuu won't make it. I won't be able to forgive myself if he die. It's my fault for letting him come.
"Please hold on, Giyuu... I'm not gonna give up on you. I'm gonna save you" I said. I keep running at a high speed. I'm gonna collapse after this from exhaustion. But it doesn't matter. I have to reach Urokodaki-San's hut as soon as possible if I want to save Giyuu.

"U... Urokodaki-San!!!" I yelled out as soon as the hut comes into view. The said man walks out of his hut. He's wearing his tengu mask, so I can't see his reaction. But I know he's shocked by how tense his body seems. He's quick to move out of the way to let me enter his hut.
"Giyuu's been pierced with a poison claw of a demon. That demon's poison is Death's Thorn. It can't be cure by just a human's antidote. You have to make me a now! Giyuu is running out of time" I said. I hand him the bamboo. He quickly takes it without any word. I turn to look at Giyuu as Urokodaki-San quickly starts working on the flute.
"Please hold on, Giyuu..." I pleaded as tears starts to stream down my cheeks. Giyuu's breathing becomes heavy as the poison spreads through his vein. I hold onto his hand as I feel it gradually becomes colder as time went by.
A Few Minutes Later
"Y/N, it's done" Urokodaki-San said. I turn to look at him. He hands me the newly made flute. I grab it from him and place it on the ground. I take my hairpin and pierce my finger with it.
"Demon Blood Art... Melody of Enchantment" I said. I let my blood drip from my finger and onto the flute.

The flute glows a soft f/c before symbols starts to form on the flute. I take it from the ground and turn my focus on Giyuu. "Please let it work... I don't want to lose him. I don't want to lose Giyuu" I said, desperately. I lift my hands, placing my lips on the flute. I close my eyes as I start to play.
I slowly open my eyes as I continue to play. Giyuu's body is engulfed in a soft f/c aura that is produced by my melody. I continue to play as I watch the wound on his shoulder starts closing up. It's working... my music is working!
His breathing evened out as his face starts to relax. He looks like he's not in pain anymore. I breathe heavily as I finally stops playing. I place my hand on Giyuu's cheek, feeling the warmth of his skin slowly returning.
"Giyuu... please be okay" I said. My eyes starts to get blurry from exhaustion. My body falls to the side right next to Giyuu. I stare at his face, as color starts to return to his cheek. "You're gonna be okay..." I said. My eyes slowly drifted shut as I let darkness embraces me.
