Chapter 54

"Well that didn't go very well."

"Since when can you cast magic like that?" Liam asked me.

"Since Hopeli came to the surface, completing her." Jospeh said.

We both look at him a bit surprised.

I looked back at Liam and said, "not important, what is important is figuring out what this glitch is and keeping it from destroying the Dragon Realms magic."

"Shouldn't we tell the Numici?"

"Fuck!"

"Not until I have something more to go on."

"What?"

"With everything going on I completely forgot about the Numici being on clan lands."

"Liam why is the Numici on clan lands?" I asked a little surprised to hear this.

I watched him swallow hard as I wait for him to answer.

"Because Tyler is trying to get you reinstated into the clan. But he wanted me to find out what was going on with the nightclub."

"And you left him to fend for himself against the Numici?" I squeaked.

"Yasmin, that's not fair." Jospeh gently scolded me.

"I know." I said hanging my head down for just a minute. I looked back and Lam and say, "I'm sorry."

"It's alright babe."

I quirk my eyebrow and smirk at him, but I let it slide.

"It's obvious Kade knows something. I don't know if he he's behind it or not but if he isn't then he knows who is."

"What's the deal with this Aleena?" Liam asked off handed.

I seen Jospeh stiffen up.

"Another time Liam."

He just nods at me and lets the subject go. I looked at Jospeh and asked, "was there a connection between Aleena and Kade?"

"Not that I know of."

"Well it would be best to let the Night Realm destroy itself if that's what they choose, what we need to do is refocus on how to protect our realm."

"I can look at the Enchol's library." Joseph suggested.

"Let them know what's going on and try to help them figure out a way to protect themselves too."

"But I want to be here with you. I need to be here with you. To protect you."

"I got her man." Liam said surprisingly soft and understanding.

Joseph looks at me and back at Liam back to me panic settling in his eyes.

"I need you to help protect the Enolchs without them everything is destroyed, even us." I tell Jospeh softly.

"I need you with me too Jospeh, but I need you to do this so you can always be with me."

At some point Liam had come to stand behind me. He looks at Jospeh and say, "I won't let anything happen to her."

"You better not or I'm coming after you." Jospeh said with a slight promise of violence but also in a joking manner.

"I love the both of you and I promise once we figure this out we will figure us out."

"First thing is you need a bigger place."

"Hey!"

Both of the guys just laughed.

"I'm only going to be gone long to help them come up with a plan and then I'm coming straight back."

"Please be safe and hurry back to me." I whisper.

He reaches out to me and I take his hand. He pulls me against me him hard. He held me against him tight and kissed me hot and hard. Leaving me weak in the knees and wanting more.

"Damn that was hot."

"Yes. Yes it was." I said with a laugh.

"Am I even going to get used to that?" He asked.

"I honestly don't know."

"So you think they could be after the Enchols?"

"It's a possibility. I want all our realms protected."

"At some point we need to fill in Tyler."

"Not yet. Not until I have a plan to protect our realm."

"We need to go back and talk to King."

"Not tonight. Tonight you eat and then sleep."

"But.."

"No. I told Joseph I was going to take care of you and by damned I'm going to."

"Order some take out. Enough for the both of us."

I grab my phone and ordered the food with a pout. I wanted to talk to King not eat. After talking to Kade I felt icky.

"I'm going to go get a shower."

"Good idea Princess.'

I look at him hopeful. "No princess I am going to wait for the food. Go get your shower."

"My wallet is on the counter somewhere." I said and walked to the bathroom and go my shower. While I was in the shower the food was delivered. Liam had it laid out across the coffee table and some comedy show playing on the tv.

I notice the look he gave me as I came out. I am in a pair of his shorts and Joseph's shirt. I shrugged my shoulder. "What I wanted both of you close to me."

"I think it's adorable Princess. Come eat then we sleep."

It didn't take long to finish off the food. I guess I was hungrier than I thought. After the food was done Liam lead us to bed.
