Pang-labing Apat na Slice

Jet's POV:

"🎶BIBOP BIBOP BIBOP BIBOP...BRRRR BRRR...🎶

I woke up to the sound of my alarm clock. After setting it off, I opened my eyes and gave out a big big smile to the morning.

"Good morning Lord." "Good morning self." Then I looked at my right wrist, staring at this precious gift I received, "And good morning Joey."

Ever since Joey's birthday I just feel so terribly happy and vibrant. Everyone around me suddenly seems so pleasant. Everything seems so fine. And it feels like I can just smile to anything.

"Kahit ilang days na rin yung nag pass I'm still so so so elated." I told myself while looking at my bracelet, still lying here on my bed. "Oh Mr. bracelet, you don't know how much happiness you give me."

"Hihihihihihihi!!!" Me giggling with happiness.

"Is this yung kinikilig?"

"Hihihihihihihihi!"

I embraced my pillow harder and said, "Ang corny corny corny corny mo talaga. Hihihihihi. But I just can't help it."

Then I slapped my cheek, "Stop it! Hindi bagay sa iyo." But in an instant I resorted back to giggling, "hihihihi. Eh sa I can't contain it."

After a few minutes, someone knocked on my door. "TOK TOK TOK..."

"Jet' you there?" It's ate Ruth's voice.

"It's open ate. Come in." I told her.

Ate Ruth entered my room, she was still on her pajamas, and sat on my bed.

"Wala kang school today Jet?" She asked.

"Later pa ate. Ikaw, you're not going to the office?"

She laid down beside me and hugged one of my pillows. "I'm off today. May lunch ako later with Ron's family."

I turned my body to face her and asked, "Why ate, are you getting married na with kuya Ron?"

She was just staring at the ceiling and said, "Why, pinapa-alis mo na ba ako dito sa house?."

I gave her a grin then told her, "Yeah! And take the piano with you when you leave!"

She turned to face ma naman and then she took a hold of both my cheeks. She was saying in a squeaky voice, "I won't leave you pa. Baby namin...sad ka lang kasi baka Ron will take me na. And bakit naman ang hot ng blood mo sa piano?"

I removed her hands sa cheeks ko which feels numb already, "Eh kasi everytime I see it lalo lang ako na-fufrustrate. Kayo ni kuya, you guys are good with it. Pero ako kahit simpleng piece lang wala talaga. I hate you both!"

She laughed with what I said and sabi nya sa akin, "Eh wala ka kasing kahit very little drop ng artistic talent dyan sa body mo. Hahahahaha. Pero, buti nalanag diba, smarty ka naman,"

"Yeah right. Yeah yeah yeah whatever." I annoyingly told her.

"Ay wait. Talented ka naman eh..." - ate Ruth

"In what?" - me, asking the obvious.

"In being talentless that's what...hahahaha!" She just can't contain her laughter as she teases me. I just let her remarks slide. Nothing new naman kasi, nakikitawa nalang din ako.

"Ate, ang slow nyo naman ni kuya Ron eh. Baka mamaya nyan unahan pa kayo ni kuya David." Sabi ko to tease her.

"OMG! Jet have you seen yung new girl ni kuya?" Sabi nya with so much excitement that she sat down na, indian sit on bed.
