Chapter 15: A Duke of Hell

(Hi. Quick rant. I realized I could've done something different with the previous chapter, but I realized it too late. So now I'm sad and slightly mad, or smad. Anyway, enjoy this chapter.)

Sena: "Satou Kazuma! When we looked into the source of the monsters all around town, we found them to be coming from Keele's Dungeon that you entered the other day!"

Sena had, once again, come to Kazuma with suspicions that he's responsible for something. Megumin had walked inside the room and stood next to Y/N, admiring how he looks in a suit while trying to be discreet.

Kazuma: "You can't just blame everything on us. I'll ask, just in case. None of you know anything about this, right?"

Y/N: "The only thing I know is that skeletons are harder to kill than you'd think."

Megumin: "If it doesn't involve explosions, it means nothing to me."

Darkness: "Same here. I've done nothing likely to cause a problem."

Kazuma: "And you, Aqua?"

Aqua: "Of course not! You always doubt me so much! If anything, there should be less monsters in that dungeon thanks to me!"

Kazuma: "Hmm?"

Kazuma walked to Aqua, grabbed her shoulder, and made her walk further from the rest with him. They were whispering now, and no one else heard what they were talking about.

Megumin: "So, Y/N. How'd things go here?"

Y/N: "Eh, pretty well, for the most part. Darkness's marriage was canceled."

Megumin: "That's great. She can continue adventuring with us now."

Y/N: "Yeah, but get this. Apparently, Kazuma and her made a baby together."

Megumin: "... They what?"

Y/N: "Made a baby."

Megumin: "... What?! Darkness! Is that true?!"

Darkness: "I-It's-"

Kazuma: "You idiot!"

Darkness was about to say no, but was interrupted by Kazuma's shouting. Kazuma punched Aqua on the head, rather hard, and dragged her to the others.

Kazuma: "The monsters aside, we can't just stand by if the townsfolk are in trouble. Please let us help."

Sena: "O-Oh... Thank you for your cooperation."

Soon

The party was now walking down a forest path to the dungeon. Aqua was crying with a bump on her head.

Aqua: "It shouldn't be my fault..."

Kazuma: "It's alway like this. Do you have some disease where you'll freak out if you don't negate every contribution you make?"

Y/N: "Why couldn't I keep the suit? I liked it..."

Megumin: "Cheer up. You'll get another chance to wear one."

Y/N: "Still sad, though..."

Megumin: 'Honestly, I wish he still wore it. He was pretty handsome in it...'

A small blush appeared on her cheeks as she looked away with just her eyes.

Kazuma: "I managed to get Sena off our case, but we need to erase that magic circle..."

So, the party continued walking towards the dungeon. Soon, they saw a ton of small monsters walking in line. They were all identical, wearing a suit and a mask covering everything above the mouth. One of them fell on its face.
