"Harry." Mike Corner stops Harry as they leave their group for the night, "I need to talk to you; I'm always saying the wrong things." Mike is till scrubbing at his face from the emotional turn their session ended in.

"You don't have to." Malfoy sneered at Mike as he nudged Harry with his shoulder.

"No, it's fine." Harry rubbed his hand down his face, "Let's get cleaned up in the bathroom. I'll see you guys later."

Mike and Harry left the group and went towards the other end of the corridor, "Harry, I didn't mean it. I was just trying to say it wasn't your fault. I'm shit with people... I always say something wrong when..."

The door shut behind the two boys and their conversation was lost to the others.

"He really is shit with people." Steve drapes an arm over Draco's shoulder and starts walking him back to their common room. Theo and Greg walk behind. "He's insulted most of our house unintentionally. It seems the more he tries the bigger the mess he finds himself in. I don't think he was trying to be insensitive. He's just socially inept."

"Why are you telling me this?" Draco frowned.

"Well, you know, he's my friend and I know the Slytherins have, I don't know... there's something up with your lot and Potter. I just don't want you guys mad at Mike is all."

"I'm not." Draco motions to his friends, "We're not. Every single one of us in that group are complete and utter morons socially... I think you might be the only one of us that's not a joke when it comes to... I don't know."

"Everything." Theo offers.

"At least our group is never boring. Emotionally exhausting but not boring." Greg rubs his temples trying to fight off a headache.

"I doubt DuBois will be in a hurry for Harry to share again anytime soon. He really doesn't like her." Steve lets go of Draco's shoulder as they head down the stairs towards the dungeons.

"Theo." Draco stops him and motions for Greg and Steve to keep going. "Are you going to the Weasley-Plumpton wedding?"

"Yeah, I think I have to. I'm the only one who can represent the Nott Family, my mom won't want to go. Not with my dad being imprisoned; it's too embarrassing for her. Anyway, Plumpton's a pure blood, they'll notice who doesn't come. Which means you'll have to go too."

"That's true, mother won't be able to go." Draco frowns, "We'll have to bring dates, you know that."

"I know. I'll have to talk to Seamus."

"Who will you bring?"

"I have no idea. I don't want to bring anyone, I hate weddings. All that mingling... I hate mingling. Do you know who you'll bring?"

"Maybe. I know who I want to ask, I'm just not sure if she'd want to go with me." Draco sighs. "I don't really want to take anyone either, but we have to keep up appearances."

"Hello Junior... and if it isn't Draco Malfoy. Just the two men I was looking for." Ginny says as she walks over to them.

"Don't call me that." Theo snaps.

"You are a Junior, aren't you?"

"Only my father ever called me that and I don't like it."

"What could you possibly want with us anyway, Ginevra?" Draco sneers, "If you're looking for your brother, we haven't seen him."

"I need one of you to get me into the 8th year dorms."

"And why would we do that?"

"Well, you two are the only Slytherins that haven't been protecting Harry. Ok, you..." she points at Draco, "Were drunk with him but it was your Ravenclaw friend who was with Harry. From the looks of it, you didn't have much to do with him; and Junior here hasn't been around him at all from what I have seen."
