Harry and Blaise are walking towards the after party. They're still finding little spiders, brushing them off as they walk. Harry's sweatshirt hood had about ten of the little buggers trapped inside.
"Mr. Potter, Mr. Zabini." Ernie says in his Snape voice, "This fraternization between my house and you Gryffindors is unacceptable. 10 points from Slytherin for showing bad taste in companionship, and 30 points from Gryffindor for being Harry Potter."
"Macmillan." Blaise smiles, "Charming as always."
"Mr. Zabini, you will address me by my assumed name, or you will not address me at all, another 10 points from Slytherin." Ernie looks at Harry, "Mr. Potter, I need a word with you." Ernie reaches into his robe's pocket to pull out a joint, as he waggles his eyebrows before putting it back in his pocket.
"If I must." Harry says in his horrible Draco voice.
"Well, well, well, am I not invited? That's incredibly rude of you, Professor Snape, and I'm in your house. Where's the loyalty for House Slytherin?" Blaise clutches at his heart.
"There you are." Seamus and Draco join the trio, "You abandoned me to a swarm of spiders, I should dump your ass."
"Blaise, Darling." Pansy is with Steve and Mike, "Su is looking for you. You can't spend your whole night with Harry, we're all very jealous people."
Blaise points at Ernie winking, "I will not forget your blatant favoritism, but I must be off. I'll find you later."
"Are you coming?" Ernie pulls on Harry's sleeve.
"Where are you guys off to?" Seamus asks. Ernie pulls the joint from his pocket again before sliding it back in.
"Can I come?" Draco and Steve ask at the same time.
"What about the party?" Seamus pouts.
"Mr. Finnigan." Ernie smiles, "The concept of pre-gaming should not have been lost on you. 10 points from Gryffindor for not willing to prepare for the night ahead. Now, we shall make our way to the dungeons to procure more party favors since I did not bring enough for everyone."
"Harry." Hermione, Ron, Theo and Greg call from down the hall.
"Don't say anything." Harry whispers.
"Miss Granger, I will advise you that your timing is poor. Mr. Potter has obligations right now that can't, no won't, be ignored to flit around with his despicable friends." Ernie coughs, "Doing Snape all night is messing with my throat."
"You're coming to the party!" Hermione doesn't make it a question.
"Of course." Harry smirks, "I know the penalty is death if I don't. I'll be there in like 10 minutes."
"Malfoy." Hermione turns on him, "Remember your promise to me."
"Yes, I remember, don't worry so much, Granger."
"Fine. I'm holding you to it." Hermione, Ron, Theo, and Greg are joined by Seamus, Pansy, and Mike as they head towards the party.
"Let's go before more people show up." Steve leads the way to their dorms.
"What did you promise Hermione?"
"Honestly Potter, I don't have a clue." Draco frowns, "I do remember promising something but what it was..." Draco shrugs.
The four of them get to Ernie's room, Steve lays down on Neville's bed while Ernie starts digging through his trunk.
"How many should I bring?" Ernie pulls out a small bag of joints, "Do you think we can do this at the party, or should I leave them behind? I figured we just sneak off, but I don't know."
