"You're not trading her surgery for sex, are you?" She asks

"Meredith" shaking my head "his marriage to Izzy is all but over"

"No it isn't" she protests, Meredith doesn't want to admit that Izzy and Alex are over because she thinks that they will get back together "because if you are Alex, it's gross"
