"There are your twins" the OB points to the screen, pointing to the two images of my twins "they are healthy and you are on track with their development" nodding my head, I smile as I'm pages to the basement. Why am I being paged to the basement?
"Thanks" looking at her "can I have two photos?" She nods her head printing out two photos "I'll schedule my next appointment later, got to go to the pit"
"Understandable" she nods her head as I wipe the cold gel off my belly "good day Dr. Morningstar" she hands me the photos. It's weird not having John by my side, it's like with my pregnancy with Talon. I was alone. Then John came into my life and I wasn't alone.
When I'm in the basement, I see Cristina and Meredith "Why" I ask "was I pages down here?"
"How was your checkup?" Meredith asks
"The twins are healthy" I tell them "now why was I paged down here?"
"I have news" she looks at us freaked out but also excited "I'm pregnant"
"What?!" Cristina and I both ask

She is smiling shaking her head and we laugh "Congratulations" giving her a hug

"Are you going to tell him?" I ask "like right now or"

"Was be there with you?" I ask smiling sadly "because John was always there, he was next to me when I peed on the sticks and"
"No" Meredith shook her head "I just found out and John was next to you when you peed on the sticks?"
Nodding my head yes "When CeCe was born he watched her be born, he saw me crap when I gave birth. He described it as a fleshy watermelon being pushes through a fleshy oyster"
They make faces at that "Really?" Cristina asks
Nodding my head and my phone goes off again "Oh my god! What do you want Bella?!" The two are confused since I hate Bella. She's a self absorbed attention seeking idiot who is the clumsiest person on the planet that is a bad influence on children.
"Your cousin Bella is calling? Why?" Cristina asks as I answer the phone snapping "What?"
"Are you busy?" She asks me "it's Bella"
"I know who you are" putting my hand on the phone "her name is on the caller ID and she thinks I didn't know who it was" they roll their eyes.
"Put it on speaker" Cristina motions
I do so and we listen to Bella stutter "Oh my god Bella stop stuttering, you aren't speech impaired. If you were your parents would have gotten you help"
Cristina laughs as Meredith smiles "It's Jacob"
"Who?" I ask as the others are confused
"Jacob Black" she repeats the name "he's not talking to me"
"Did he realize" I ask "how big of a skank you are and dump your pathetic tiny ass?" I am betting she is turning red right now. I mean she is like a twig, she's anorexic and we suggest she go seek help but she doesn't want it. She says a lot of skinny women are hot and it's true, there are very skinny women who are hot like Zendaya or Taylor Swift but she's not like them. They can pull it off, she can't. Would probably help if she didn't wear bland and tasteless clothes all the time. Or wear multiple layers of clothes all the time. Or gained a bit of weight to add some curves to her body and not be considered unhealthy.
"No!" She yells "I need your help because.,.I need your skill set"
"My skill set?" Repeating as the girls look confused "I have quite the number of skills"

Hanging up the phone "are you actually going to go?" Cristina asks
"Yes" nodding my head yes "it won't be long, besides it only takes one hour to get to where Bella lives so..."
They get paged "Teddy" Cristina says

"I'll be on my way" leaving them to go to my car, but first I go to the bathroom to pee. As I think about it, her friend may be a wolf shifter. Dad helped their tribe a long time ago with something, I forgot but they have the ability to turn into wolves. Wolf shifters. I think an angel granted it to help with a vampire incident or something.
When I leave the stall to wash my hands, I hear flapping to look over seeing Aunt Az beside me "Hey Aunt Az"
"There's a shooter in the hospital" she warns me, I still hearing this "Amenadiel took them up to heaven, they are currently seeing John" that's good, thanks to their angel side I told them that they could visit their dad but it won't be like before.
"Okay" nodding my head, looking in the mirror as someone comes inside I have my phone to my ear "Thank you Aunt Az"
"Of course" she smiles "I'll see you later"
Leaving us, I check my attire making sure nothing is out of place. I'm wearing light blue maternity jeans with a white tank top, a brown leather jacket with brown opened toed wedges. My belly is much larger that it's now evident that I'm pregnant but people won't ask unless I say it.

John once mentioned me wearing heels but I assured him that I'm perfectly fine. Leaving the bathroom, I quickly leave the hospital and once I'm in an alley where no one is around I sprout my red angel wings flying off. I flew here thankfully. Flying is way easier than driving.
