|Demetri's POV|

"Ruby? Demetri?" Max comes over as Ruby is feeding Sky "Do you have a minute?"

"Yeah" nodding our heads, waving him over he sits between us "what's up buddy?"

"I want to start my own sustainable farm" he explains to us "as my one kid can make a difference project and I was wondering if you can help?"

"What were you thinking?" I ask "as a human my human father was a farmer"

"Really?" He asks

Nodding my head "As a child I learned how to raise chickens, sheep, cows, horses—also different vegetables and fruits"

"What did your mom say?" Ruby asks

"She said I could start a small sustainable farm" he says "and I was thinking about chickens and a honey bee farm"

"A bee farm?" Ruby asks "we'll have to talk to DJ about that one but I think it's possible for us to have chickens and maybe a goat"

"A goat?" He asks excitedly "really?"

Nodding our heads "The backyard is big enough, we could also raise rabbits" he runs out of the room to ask his mom about the animals we talked about. If I get my witch friend, she could use magic to make the backyard a bit bigger so that we can have several of these animals. Make things easier for when we head to the store.

Sky when he's done feeding, let's out a yawn before going to sleep "just like his siblings" Ruby rests her head on my shoulder "he's perfect, absolutely perfect"

"Just like you" looking over at Ruby "when do you want to get married?"

"Amelia said she and Felix are getting married in the summer" Ruby taps her chin "and I won't want to get in the way of her wedding, or try to steal the light and given how hectic our lives are...let's stay engaged for a few years before deciding"

"We do have all the time in the world" and she already is my wife.

She smiles "See, us compromising" Joanna enters the room "hey baby, come over here"

She comes over taking off her shoes, Ruby hates shoes on the bed. Like she will start screaming, don't know what that is about "Mom? Dad? Is it true you're going to help Max with his sustainable farm?"

"Yeah" nodding our heads "why?"

"I was wondering if we could start a bunny farm" she asks "or maybe get some ducks, you let CeCe have a bunch of salt water fish"

"That's true" we agree with her statement "but honey, you know if we start a bunny farm we will end up killing the bunnies when they are too old"

She lets it go through her mind "Never mind, instead for my project I was thinking about a recycling project. Like we switch to solar power or we use leftovers for fertilizer and clothes that we aren't using and clothes that doesn't sell in thrift stores or stores we can make into bags or something or maybe go to a dump and use left over metals or electronics and make something"

"I think that is a great idea" Ruby smiles at Joanna "want to hold Sky?"

She nods her head and she sits on my lap, Ruby carefully hand sky to Joanna "is this right?" She asks

"Support his head" I help Joanna

Joanna smiles looking down at Sky "I want my own baby" Not for a very very long time, oh please not for a very long time.

"Why" DJ asks as I'm helping Joanna using the old tires that we found for Max's vegetable garden "do you have old tires?"

"It's for my one kid" Joanna explains to her as Felix is helping Max with building the chicken coop, the chickens will be free ranges but we need to make sure the fences are high enough that they can't get out but also we are going to take precautions so that snakes came get in. We also thanks to the witch friend of mine, he made it so that we can have bunnies, ducks, a few goats, a couple lambs and our own bee farm "can make a difference, recycling. Dad and I found these old tires and were using them for Max's vegetable garden. My goal is use the most out of common things to recycle"

"Okay" nodding her head "um...what kind of animals are we going to have?"

"Chickens" Max smiles "bunnies, ducks, a few goats, a couple lambs, and a bee farm"

DJ nods her head letting out a breath "Okay"

"Don't worry DJ" I assure her "I use to raise animals in my human days" she nods her head, she's probably just freaked out with all of this "besides you can put Stephanie to work, have her help us"

"That's a good idea" she nods her head smiling "Stephanie!" After a few hours, we head to the store. Joanna and I are getting all of the things needed for the vegetable and fruit garden while Max and Felix get the animals.

"Dad?" Joanna asks "do you think we can go back to the dump and find more stuff to make into a project or can we start a community garden?"

"I think that's a great idea" I tell her

"How many bunnies do you think we'll have?" She asks

Well given how fast bunnies populate... "Give it a year, we'll have more than enough bunnies"

"Can we go camping sometime daddy?" She asks

"Camping?" She nods her head "Why?" I'll take her camping if she wants but why? She's never shown interest before.

"I want to try something new" she explains pointing to the soil that Ruby ordered us to get "when do you think the zombie apocalypse will occur or the bombing that will"

"Woah woah" stopping her as she begins to freak out "Jo, take deep breaths in and then out" she does "where is all of this coming from?"

"The tv show the One Hundred and the Walking Dead" she says

Giving her a look "You know your not allowed to watch those, your too young"

"I've seen Game of Thrones" What? That show is worse since there's more nudity in that "and a Lannister always pays there debts, wait! Am I a Lannister since you have golden hair like them? Or a Targaryen, wait no a combination since"

Covering her mouth with my hand "Joanna, you are not allowed to watch those kind of shows right now am I clear?"

"When can I?" She asks

"When your fourteen" looking at the soil "now let's get the soil, then the seeds and get going" Ruby's going to move some of her plants to Max's garden, then she's going to get some of the plants she's been wanting to grow like almond trees or banana trees. She loves to garden and her powers associate with plants so I'm not that surprised.
