Seventy Five

|Talon's POV|

"I can't believe your mom shut down the school" Jack says as we're getting fake ID's at the now closed Grant High, many of us are transferring to this high school called Tree Hill High. Mom told me we have a couple of cousins who go there, a Nathan and Lucas Scott.

"My mom is a force to be reckoned with" is all I say, smiling into the camera. Looking at Joe who is on the laptop "besides, this could be good. I mean a fresh start" the only reason we're here is because Amy and Ben are getting married and Jack and I are friends with Ben.

"Your mom really fucking hot" Joe says "I heard she's super rich"

I pull out my wallet and pay one hundred dollars for the ID's, I'm paying for the authenticity "Is that true?" Ben asks me "you're rich?"

"Between my family and yours" I say "we're richer" but mom makes it clear that we work for what we have, that just because we have money doesn't mean it can define us. Our actions define us and if we use money to pay for our actions then it says a lot.

"Like do you own an island?" Henry asks

They stare at me waiting for an answer "Three: One in Greece, one in the Philippines, one in South America and before you ask...we own the Eiffel Tower and several castles"

"Seriously?" Jack asks "why didn't you bring it up before?"

"I don't want people to want to be my friends because of my money" dad told me that it's hard making friends if they know you have money "it's why making friends is hard, you never know if your friends are friends for your money or not"

"Well you don't have to worry about that with me" Jack assured me

Looking at Ben "Now, as one of your groomsmen it's time for the fun" he is confused, I bring them to a stripper club and Ben is red as we watch a bunch of strippers strip before him and dance. He turns red as Jack and I whistle and laugh at how red Ben is while Henry is drooling.

"Dude" Jack asks me "how did you get strippers?" I show him my previous fake ID "Woah, this looks way better than ours. Where did you get it?"

"DMV" shaking my head "my birthday gift from my mom, she wanted me to have both an ID and a fake ID. I only got another ID because I was curious to see how this ends"

"Your mom is really cool" putting away my ID's "both of your parents are"

"In my mom's words" telling him what my mom told me "you deserve to live young once, you have all the time in the world for responsibilities but you can't get back the time you'll regret you've lost" sometimes I forget just how amazing my parents actually are, even though they scar you for life at times they are pretty amazing parents. My siblings and I hit the jackpot with my parents.

When it's the wedding, Autumn is here and she leans into me smiling "You look stunning" I tell her

"You look so handsome" she kisses me and I deepen the kiss, we ignore people clearing their throats. When we do pull away it's to breathe "your mom offered mine a place at your place"

"I know" nodding my head pulling away, mom talked to me about it and I talked to Autumn and she wants her mom to be happy "and a job" mom pays her employees very well and treats them well. For instance there was this waitress whose mother has cancer, so mom gave her time off to get a breather then gave her a raise.

Autumn screeches when I place her on my lap, keeping my arms around her kissing her neck she giggles. When the doors open, we turn around seeing Ben's and Amy's shocked faces. I mean there are many people here.

"We are gathered here together" That Elbert says "in the sight of god to join these two people together in holy matrimony" it's clear he's only doing this because he's sorry for them, I mean Amy is only marrying Ben because the realization that she has to grow up and learn that her life is about to change is happening. She wants to keep that baby but she doesn't want her life to change and thinks it will "and here at Elbertson's we have a don't ask don't tell policy. Obviously Amy and Ben are in love and are drawn together in love. They are already blessed" Amy tries to cover her belly "there are a lucky few who find their hearts desire so young. Do you have rings?"

"I don't have a ring" Amy says

"It's okay" Ben assured her

"Join hands" Elbert asks "do you Amy Juergens take Ben Boykewich as your husband for better and worse, from this day forward till you die?"

"I do" she says

"And"

"I do" Ben eagerly says

"I pronounce you man and wife" the two kiss and we clap for them. When we get to the reception, we see Ben stocked up on food and drinks.

We dance when the music starts, this is pretty fun. Ashley however doesn't look that happy. It's clear everyone else here is having fun, I mean who wouldn't. Free food, drinks and music to dance to.

My phone goes off and it's mom "Hey mom"

"I swear to god young man" mom begins to cry "if you got married"

"No" going to the bedroom "Ben and Amy got married, I'm a witness and who told you I was getting married?"

"You are coming straight home" she orders "we will talk more when your here" hanging up, Autumn looks my way worried "my mom knows"

There's a knock on the door and we see it open to Ben's dad, Autumn's dad and my dad who looks at me. He storms over to me "Please tell me this wasn't your wedding?"

"It wasn't" I assure him "though why did you think it was"

"I was your age" he says "once and when your mother was your age we wanted to get married right away" looking at Autumn "your mom knows about this and is very angry with Amy and Ben"

People look our way, first day at a new school. I keep my arm wrapped around my fiancée's "Hi" a blonde with blue eyes and sand colored skin looks our way "are you Lucas? Lucas Scott?"

"Yeah" nodding his head "your one of the new kids"

"Talon" holding my hand out "this is my fiancée Autumn"

"Fiancée?" He asks shocked

Nodding our heads "This is going to be really weird but are you Dan Scott's son?"

His face darkens "Yeah"

"I'm your cousin" he stares at me "I was asking because I was curious about you, I want to get to know you"

"Seriously?" He asks

"Yeah" nodding my head "Keith Scott? My mom and him are on good terms, not really with Dan"

"I'm not on good terms with him either" closing his locked "this is Haley" he introduced us to a brunette who appears before us "Haley this is Talon and Autumn, they're engaged"

"Really?" She asks

"For love" Autumn explains "not because of a baby, that's my sister Amy who got married because of the baby"

"This sounds very intriguing" she says "want to sit with us at lunch?"

"Mind if we invite some people?" I ask

"Not at all" Lucas assured me "and I'm going to call my Uncle Keith to confirm the whole kinship" Haley is confused "Talon here is claiming to be my cousin"
