Seventy Eight

"Wow" Grace smiles seeing the table of food that we have, the baby shower is going to be at the Fuller House in three living room. In three kitchen all the food is in here and the furniture has been moved aside for a nice layout to fit many people "this looks great"

"Yeah" nodding my head, if that Edward Cullen I heard about was alive he and my sister would be perfect for one another. I mean Amy's basically the golden child. When I ask my parents if it's okay to get married it's the end of the world but Amy ending up pregnant? Nothing bad is happening. They were upset at first but mostly blamed Ricky, it takes two to make a freakin baby and Ricky doesn't force himself upon anyone so Amy needs to take some of the blame.

When people begin to arrive, we place the gifts on a table near the entrance and sit down in awkward silence. Nearly everyone is here, including Brooke and Peyton. Brooke has been trying to apologize to me but I'm being stubborn and not listening. Grace says she's a nice person when I get to know her.

Hearing some pecking, we look over seeing some of the chickens got out "Are those" Peyton asks "chickens?"

"We have our own" DJ explains to them "little farm in the backyard, something Ruby started with her plants but my son Max" she proudly brags "added for his One Kid Can Make A Difference while Ruby's daughter Joanna recycled, if you want to see the amazing things they did your more than welcome"

"We'll check it out" Mrs. Bowman promises "sounds very interesting" Joanna won the project since Max would have until DJ got involved, Joanna really blew her teacher away when she told her how she went before the community council meeting to pitch her idea of recycling like using old tires for art and gardening.

The door opens and Amy appears, she looks around and is shocked "Happy baby shower" we congratulate her.

"Thanks" she smiles then stumbles, Hobbs who was nearby caught her with the help of mom "Ow!"

Ruby goes towards her and checks "Amy? How long have these intense kicks been happening?"

"I don't know" we see a wet stain on her pants

"Did you just pee yourself?" Tammy asks a bit disgusted

"No" Amy cries in pain

"She's in labor" Ruby opens the door "Hobbs can you carry her to the car" he nods his head picking up Amy, I follow mom and Ashley to the car and we take Amy to the hospital.

"Can't believe this is happening" Looking over at my parents who are silent "can Talon and I get married now?" Snapping their heads to me.

"No!" Dad snaps "No!"

"Why not?" I demand "Amy's having a baby and your fine with that, but me getting married is out of the question"

"George" mom stops him, he looks to her "Let Autumn get married"

Dad gives her a flabbergasted look "No! No! No! My daughter isn't getting married" he storms out and I look at mom who hands me a piece of paper.

"What's this?" Seeing a signed form

"You only need one of our signatures" she says "I can see how happy you are with Talon and I know Talon won't do anything to hurt you, so go find Talon cause I talked to his parents and...all I ask is to be apart of helping you plan your wedding"

Tears run down my face "Thank you!" Hugging mom, she lets out a laugh hugging me back rubbing my back.

"Your going to make one beautiful bride Autumn" she wipes away my tears "I'm so proud of you, always know that"

|Ruby's POV|

"Your blood work came back" looking at Anne as she is in the exam room while Amy is in labor, Demetri is up there and from what I know she's having the baby "and your definitely pregnant"

"How far?" She asks

"When was your last period?" I ask her, she is silent "congratulations Anne on this and the fact that we're about to be family" Autumn tackled me and Demetri in a hug after an hour thanking us for talking to her mom and how the form of consent for marriage was signed. We did nothing, this was all Anne.

Leaving the room after some time, I find George who storms over enraged "Autumn is not getting married! She is not! This is all your boy's fault, this is his game isn't it?!"

"Leave" I order "before I get security"

He grabbed my arm harshly for a human "I will not allow my daughter to get married" yet he's fine with his one child having a baby?

"Let go" Hobbs appears behind him "of Ruby right now before I have you arrested and keep you from meeting your grandson" he let's go and spits in my face, I wipe away the spit "are you okay?"

"Okay is a relative term" shrugging my shoulders looking at him "I have a bad feeling Hobbs"

"What do you mean?" He asks

Shaking my head "Just...my grandmother left and is in her own universe" turns out the body she was in couldn't handle her divinity, so she left to another universe "and now I feel something big is about to happen. Before she left she warned me that one of my family's enemies is coming"

"Your family?" He asks "as in"

"My celestial family" looking at him "and now...I" stopping when I feel a prick, looking behind me to my ass finding a dart. I pull it out and stumble "Um"

"Ruby?" Hobbs asks. Feeling my muscles weaken, I hear Hobbs call for help as everything goes dark.

When I wake up, Demetri is next to me and I'm in the hospital as a patient "What's going on?" I ask

"Someone tried to kidnap you" Demetri tells me, what? Who? "Hobbs is interrogating him right now, but you need rest. That dart was enough to wipe out a heard of elephants"

"Hold me" I ask, he pulls me into his arms as I close my eyes on his chest "how's Amy and the baby?"

"I have a feeling we're going to be grandparents soon" Demetri says
