"Hey Hobbs" greeting Hobbs as I grab the newly fresh bananas, I'm going to make some banana cream pie later today "what brings you by my garden?"

"First" he looks around "this is really impressive, the garden you have created with the kids help" for their school project, but my other kids have gotten into it and are also helping. Right now Ana and Nico are helping Max take care of the animals, Joanna with the help of her sister CeCe is making these crafts that they plan to sell on Etsy "next, I need Sam to stay here"

"Have you asked DJ?" I ask

"She's busy" he explains "going to this vet convention and said to ask you since your in charge when she's gone"

"Jon related?" He nods his head "okay, she can bunk with Ramona and CeCe"

"Thanks Ruby" he leaves then, Joanna enters the room with this plastic bottle filled with bird feed.

"Mom, look!" She smiles "we made a bird feeder"

"It's beautiful honey" smiling down at her "why don't you ask dad to help you hang it and then you girls can help me with the rest of my foraging?" Uncle A told me that if more people did what we're doing, the earth could go back to how it once was and not such a mess.

"Mom?" Talon appears with Autumn, she's a very good girl. She's a good influence on my son "Autumn and I need to talk to you and dad, it's important"

"Important?" I ask "like how important?"

"I told Autumn" Talon tells me "the truth, I showed her my wings" stopping when I was going over to the almond tree. Turning to look at them both, they stare at me and I stare at them "Also I plan on turning Autumn and I asked her to marry me and she said yes" I'm silent as I stare at them, Autumn hides behind Talon nervous. I notice her hand and the ring on her finger, where did Talon get the ring? Did he go down to hell or what? "she's my soulmate mom"

"Go inside" I order them "and wait in my room" picking up my things "Ana? Nico? Go inside and play with your toys?" They run inside and I just walk inside silent, when I find Felix and Demetri entering looking at me.

"Baby?" Demetri asks "everything alright?"

Setting the basket down, my hand is on the table as I look at Demetri "Felix leave us"

He looks between us before leaving "Ruby?" Demetri walks over "what's going on?"

"I" letting out a laugh shaking my head "I don't know how to say this" he stares at me, shaking my head again cause I don't know how to process this news "I guess I should get the first one out—um..." rubbing my chin tapping my foot.

"Baby" Demetri has us sit down "your scaring me"

"Talon and Autumn are engaged" I say

Demetri stops and stares at me, Demetri then stands up and paces around "When you say" he stops to look at me "engaged, do you mean"

"Ring on finger Demetri" I say "and"

"There's more?" He demands "is she pregnant?"

Shaking my head no "I listened carefully, she's still a virgin"

"Do they want our blessing?" He holds out his arms "I mean they are fifteen years old!"

"I know!" Snapping at him when I stand up "He told her"

"Told" he stops before bellowing for Talon "TALON!" When Talon enters the room "You told her?"

"She's my soulmate dad" Talon says
