Thirty Seven

"So this cousin of yours" Amelia asks, she's been staying with me for the last couple of weeks. She went into this depression and nearly killed herself because of what Derek said, Addison called and I talked to her which is now one of Amelia's sisters is on her way out here. Amelia is Felix's mate and Felix wants to kill Derek but I told him no since Amelia cares for him deeply even after what he said. Also we aren't telling Amelia about any of this until after she trusts Felix. He's actually going to go down to Santa Monica to A) Keep an eye on her but also B) to court her some more "she's doing this why?"

We are here at the wedding, it's very fairytale like. A lot like my wedding "Because of the attention, because the groom is a virgin and doesn't believe in premarital sex" Demetri and Felix have both said that vampires who find their mates won't care about that since they will just want to consummate the bond. Demetri then reminded me about our first time together and how I ended up with a UTI "and this wedding was a lot like like to John's"

"Ruby!" Looking over we see mom, she gives me a big hug "oh" looking down at my belly "I'm going to be a grandma again!" I've decided to go by Ruby now, I don't know why but Ruby I like and yeah...I can't explain it. I just want to be called Ruby now.

"Demetri, Felix, Amelia this is my mom" looking around there are no other kids, this is a no kids wedding. Meredith is babysitting the kids.

Speaking of Meredith, she visited Derek and he now knows about the baby. He is ecstatic and wants to be there for her but she told him after what he said to Amelia, she's not letting him out until he's served his time.

"Hi" Mom hugs Demetri "oh! It's so nice to meet you" pulling away as she looks at the wedding "ugh, how dare they try to copy your wedding baby. Everyone here knows that this is not original"

"RJ" my ex aunt Renee appears "Hi, congratulations on the baby. Where's the hair comb?"

"What hair comb?" I ask

She laughs smiling "The silver hair comb with diamonds and sapphires on it?"

"You mean the one I gave my daughter" Mom demands "because it's mine and was my mother's"

"Bella is also a Swan" Renee lets out a tense laugh "it's a family heirloom and Bella should have something to give her future daughter"

"Then you give her something" mom shakes her head "my mother didn't want Bella to have any heirlooms so she's not getting any"

"Lily" Renee whispers harshly "this is my daughter's special day"

"Knowing her" Mom shakes her head "she'll get five more special days"

"Give me the comb" she orders

Mom gets in Renee's face and just like Bella, Renee takes a step back in fear "Order me around and I'll show you exactly why my brother doesn't like to mess with me or why he didn't like to mess with Ellis"

After taking our seats, we wait for Bella to come and when she does she looks so constipated like she doesn't want to do this. Her dress is beautiful in the old fashion kind of way, there is this intricate design on the back that's very beautiful.

Sitting down, I notice that Rosalie looking over at Demetri and me with envy and jealousy. Looking up some storm clouds begin to form thanks to me and the wind picks up a bit "I object!" Everyone looks my way as I stand up "Yeah, I object because Bella's pregnant with Jacob Black's baby" people gasp while Bella turns red with embarrassment.

"Is this true?" Billy asks, yeah he was invited along with Sue.

"How the hell did you find out?" Edward demands

"Oh?" Letting out a laugh "So you know, well did you know Bella that the only reason Edward wants to marry you is because" pulling out his diary reading from him, clearing my throat "Dear Diary, tomorrow I'm marrying Bella. I think she's a whore" tapping the page looking at the couple "literally says this" light rain begins to pour and Alice screeches.

"My wedding!" She dry cries

"I feel bad for that bastard baby" Making my voice all deep "I never wanted kids and I thought Bella didn't either, it's one of the reasons we thought we were perfect. Now I'm not so sure, plus she promised she was a virgin" closing the diary tossing it to Edward that it barely catches it "also I want to say one more thing why these two shouldn't get married" pointing to Edward "my cousin is mentally unstable because the first time she 'tripped' down the flight of stairs in reality she made herself fall when Edward refused to get back together with her. They got into a fight and she purposely fell. Also she jumped off a cliff just to get his attention" then I feel something wet "and also I need to go to the hospital"

"Why?" Demetri asks

Moving my skirts aside seeing clear liquid "Because my water just broke" lightning then strikes hitting Bella along with her parents, they are flown back and it's so funny. People go to their sides as they lay unconscious.

The wind picks up along with the rain and Alice Cullen screams seeing the large cal be flown and hits her, she falls back and we watch as she stands up covered in cake and frosting "My wedding!" She dry cries "it's ruined!"

She then screams as lightning strikes near her and she runs off nearly being hit four more times, looking over to Bella who is groaning being the first to wake up. Demetri picks me up and takes me to the car and speeds down to the hospital while I grab my belly groaning in pain.

"Hang in there baby" Demetri speeds through traffic "we'll get there"

Taking deep breaths in and then deep breaths out "God this hurts so fucking much!"

After two hours, Demetri carries me into ER of Seattle Grace Mercy West "We need a doctor" I'm placed on a gurney and scream as more pain comes "she went into labor"

I'm brought into a trauma bay and Alex is between my legs "Okay, Ruby you've got to push because your babies are coming right now "

"What?!" Shaking my head no "No! It's not time, I planned on visiting John first then"

"You can visit his grave later" Alex orders "push"

"I'm right here" Demetri holds my hand "I wasn't before but I'm here now" tears run down my face as I scream pushing.

Looking over at Demetri "Take pictures"

"What?" He and Alex both ask

"For my scrap book" ordering him, he pulls out the camera and hands it to April who appears behind Alex. She takes photos of me being in labor.

Stopping for a moment, when I feel the next contraction I push again and again until I hear the loud cries of a baby. "Your little boy" Alex shows us my baby covered in blood and who is wailing out loudly.

"He's beautiful" letting out a laugh holding my son when he's placed on my chest, April takes a few more photos. Demetri takes the baby when I feel the pain again, April is taking photos and I'm just screaming as I push.

We hear lightning strike and loud claps of thunder, Alex pulls the baby out as the lights flicker "A girl" showing us the baby "congratulations, you've got two healthy babies" a laughter escapes me as my babies are handed to me.

"What are their names?" April asks taking another photo.

I asked John and he picked our son's name while I picked out daughter's "My baby boy's name is Nicholas, Nick for short and my daughter's name is Anastasia, Ana for short"
