Alex and Elle arrived at the Assassin's, right after Chrissy entered the room, behind them. There was already a grim atmosphere and tension in the room, and Alex knew already that everyone in their team had also heard of the disastrous news. There were only less than ten of them in this small team of highly trained killer. They could perhaps pull off killing the leader, but a whole army? It was going to be an impossible task.

Seconds later, there was a slight shuffling sound at the door, and in came Kurt and Sam. That was all of them. Five people, five teenagers, who never ran through proper training to kill other people. To take down an army? Were they delirious? Honestly, they were not much, with no proper equipment, there was no way they could battle against military equipment.

" Okay, you guys have all heard of the upcoming British invasion. These people come in with both bad intentions of punishing America, and to help themselves, not the citizens, " Chrissy said, going straight to the point, walking over to the whiteboard they had nicked from a closed school years ago. Almost all of their lives had been stolen from other people.

She wrote the name of the leader on the board, in her sharp handwriting. George Soule. Beside those words, she attached a picture of him with a circle magnet. Alex squinted at the picture, he was too far away from the board to properly see how the men looked like. The George guy was skinny and scrawny.

" Very clearly, this guy's not the main person involved, nor is he controlling the strings in this," Sam commented, flipping a dagger in his hand, eyes not even looking at his weapon. His hands were full of scars from the knives he used, but he loved his choice of weapon anyway. Over the years, they had all grown and understood their weapons. They knew everything about them, to the point that they did not even have to pay attention to them anymore.

Chrissy nodded her head in agreement, running a confident hand through her hair. Her boots hardly made any sound on the concrete as she went up and stuck an image of another guy, much tougher with a scar running down the side of his face. Alex sat up straighter, paying more attention to the new man in the photograph. This was the one.

" This is his assistant, from China, named Odin Tan Jing Zhi, " Chrissy said.

Alex took in a deep breath. This Odin man looked very experienced and full of nothing but guts and muscle. Everything about him breathed ruthlessness, and savagery. He was definitely the prioritized man that they had to kill. Even Elle looked tenser upon seeing Odin's picture.

Following that, Chrissy stuck up the rest of the people's pictures, quickly explaining that they were the people in charge of various things in the invading British troops. And if that British place managed to get in, they would be the ministers and president of America.

" We have to take down Odin," Kurt said, scratching idly at his tiger tattoo on his arm," I've tried to track him today, but I heard he's extremely protected."

Elle took out a tiny piece of metal, something about the size of a generic play station from the inner pocket of her bulletproof jacket and placed it on the table for everyone to see. Everyone leaned close to take a look. Alex leaned in too. They had not looked at the tracker ever since they planted it in the pocket of that solider. He had almost forgotten that they had done that.

" Alex and I saw a soldier today. We placed a tracker on him, and it stopped at an old warehouse just on the outskirts of our town. We intend to go there, and might not be back for a while," Elle said, pointing at the tiny red dot in the middle of the screen.

Chrissy glanced down at it, looking at the coordinates of the place. She sat back down on her chair a while later, leaning back.

" No need for you guys to go. I know someone living near there. I'll call him later," she said, twirling a loose lock of hair in her fingers. Nobody objected, or questioned who would be going instead of them to kill off the soldiers living in that warehouse. Chrissy had contacts everywhere, this was not the first time she had called for someone else to help out.
