Author's Note 1 (Death Toll)

This is to remember the fallen people in the story. Everyone who had sadly had to die, because I said so. This is a collection of the people and why they had to go.

Here we go. Sigh.

1. Finn

Finn was killed by Alex, for he was the traitor. He was the one who had gotten Sam and Kurt captured, with Chrissy and Elle just escaping the hold of the British. This plot twist was not thought of in the early story, even though I always wanted a traitor. So. Finn had to go. And Alex had the honour of murdering him before tossing him in the drain.

2. Alex G

Okay, this death went by in one sentence. And maybe it was too fleeting for some of you to notice. I know that in real life, many of this opposition people die while in action. So in the major knife scene, the first time many forces worked together, I decided that someone had to go. And she was Alex G.

3. Kirstin ( Kirstie) Maldonado

She is one of the Ferraris, the only female left after Alex G was removed. Her death was truly unplanned, and the most described one, for it occurs over a span of chapters. I just suddenly felt like killing someone, hence the random appearance of a rabid dog. I am sorry for killing her, but she had to go. It was either her or Avi. So.

4. Macy Kate

She was part of Force 75, described as a good planner and violent in nature. In the prison break mission, she was front line as well, getting the prisoners out from their cells.

Unfortunately, just before she could escape, Macy was killed on her way to the van, with a bullet through her skull. Death was inevitable in such a dangerous mission, even when safety is in sight, it doesn't mean it's the end.

5. Kevin Olusala ( I think)

Part of the Ferraris. He had almost not made it out of the prison block, for he had suffered his wound early. But Alex carried him out, in hope that he would survive. He then died in the van. It proves that although the deed may be completed, consequences still come. That you can try hard to escape death, but death is still the ruler.

6. Tyler Ward

Part of Force 75. He died in the start of the final mission, when Odin set off a landmine near them. He was in the team with Will Ferri as the in charge. A piece of the bomb had entered his back, making him paralysed. They have no choice but to let him die. Goes to show that when you fight back, even if it's for your deserved rights, you can still get hurt.

7. Scott Hoying

He had a huge bullet wound in the stomach before dying, and was protecting the headquarters in the final mission. Scott was alongside his best friend, Mitch, before the building he was in got blown up.
8. Mitch Grassi

Mitch declined the escape offer made by Alex. He knew that Scott was not going to make it out, and wanted to stay with him, even if it meant death. He was in the building of the headquarters when the British blew it up.

9. Unknown old flight man

His actual name was never shown, but amongst the adult American fighters, it was evident he was the leader. In the final mission, he had been in a fighter jet, and it had been blown up by the British, promptly cutting the flight crew from all forms of communication with the rest.

10. Avi Kaplan

He died in the final mission, his body never to be found after it was exploded. Avi had noticed that Chrissy and Daniel were separating from the group and wanted to follow them, to protect them. Unfortunately, Odin noticed him slinking behind and shot him.

11. Daniel Gow

As he was Chrissy's boyfriend, I really wanted to keep him alive for as long as possible. Unfortunately, his death was already planned since Finn died. So it was a long time ago, and oops, sorry. I wished I had more descriptions of his death, but Chapter 50 was starting to get really long. I had to make it brief.

Anyways, I was wondering if any of you had any questions to ask about the story. Sort of a Question and Answer, I guess. I am writing this earlier and prior to posting, and I have no idea how many people would still be reading my story.

Ask anything, address whatever you want to address. Character ask, author ask. Anything. I'll do my best to respond to them in the next author's note.

Oh yeah, and there is still an Epilogue. This is not the end of the book, it's just the end of the amount of people dying. Also, just a little feedback, which death did you hate me for, the most? And, here are some of my other books! (Shameless self promo)
