Grow Old Without You (Chapter 14)

The past two days with the twins and Lauren would be the best two days in my life. My mind hasn't really grasped the idea of having Lauren and Kara here with us, and Lauren and I actually being civil, and caring about me, making sure I would be okay. I love her, and appreciate her so much. I hope she forgives me, because I want to make things right for us. I want us to be a family, a real family, going on dinners, sleeping in the same roof, all that family stuff. I want them to move in with us in LA, I want them back in my life.

Today's the first day of rehearsal with Sean and the girls. We were the first ones at the studio, and Lauren and I were lying on the floor, listening to whatever's playing on her phone.

"Alt-J?" I asked as she turned her head to face me. We were lying comfortably on the floor, heads just inches apart, as we tried to listen to the music. Kara and Lana were running around the rehearsal space, sugar high from whatever Keana gave them for breakfast.

"Yes. M-"

"Your favorite band, I know." I smiled to her as she just hid her face with her hands. "Are you blushing?" I asked as I tried to take her hands off her face as she whined.

"No. Let me be." Lauren said giggling as I saw the perfect opportunity to tickle Lauren's sides as she squealed and rolled around, getting up to run away from me.

"Hey Lana." I winked at Lana as she understood what I meant. She stared at Kara and for some reason, whatever twin telepathy they have, both girls ran to Lauren's back as they jumped on her pinning her down the floor.

"OH MY GOSH NO!" Lauren said laughing as she tried to get the two girls off of her. "NOOO" She screamed as I walked slowly at her, smirking as the twins excitedly giggled at what was about to happen.

"Mommy, any last words?" I said as Lauren started kicking around, squealing.

"DINAH! HELP ME!" Lauren screamed as I heard both girls scream, running away. I looked behind me and see Dinah seizing me. Oh fuck.

"He- h-hey D-Di-Dinah." I stuttered as Dinah smirked at me. She grabbed me and squeezed me in a tight headlock, as Lauren tickled my sides, causing me to laugh and kick around. "STOOOOP I'M GONNA PEE". I screamed at them and ofcourse they didn't stop. "I'M NOT KIDDING!" I screamed again as they stopped and I collapsed on the floor catchinf my breath.

"I hope you didn't piss yourself." Dinah said laughing as she ran to the twins hugged them. "Mini Ralphs." Dinah said hugging them both.

"Lauren, your cupcakes are here." Ally screamed as she went in the rehearsal spa e. Lauren ran to her fast, almost slipping on her way to Ally as she attacked her in a tight hug.

"Allyson Brooke Hernadez, I love you so much you have no idea how much I missed your cupcakes." Lauren said dramatcially.

"Excuse me, Normani Kordei has arrived." Normani said strutting her way in the middle of the room, twirling around like a person in a pagaent. This weirdo.

"Aunt Mani!" Lana said running to Mani jumping on her back. "I bought you some things at Disney World. I remembered you." Lana said resting her head on Mani's shoudler.

"Aww thanks, Peanut. Hey Kar, no hug for me?" Mani said frowning at Kara who giggles and ran towards Mani.

"We bought you Princess Tiana." Kara said softly as Mani kissed her head.

"You two are the sweetest things in the world. I love you both." She said squeezing the twins to her chest and kissing both their heads.

"Hey, give some lovin', I brought some grubin." Ally said as everyone fell silent. We all looked at each other as we cracked up a few seconds later.
