Grow Old Without You (Chapter 51)

LAUREN

I woke up from my alarm clock blaring beside the bed. I tried to shut it, wanting more sleep, but I felt a body holding me down the bed. I had hair all over my face, and it was not mine. It smelt like Coconut, and that is not my shampoo. It only belonged to one person. It was Camz.

"Camzi, we need to get up for court, love." I said, pulling her arms off of my body. But ofcourse, being the stubborn, and sleep hogging person she is, she groaned and pulled on my body tighter.

"No." Camila groaned, pushing her face to my neck. "5 more minutes." She sleepily said, as I sighed, reaching for my phone.

"We can't be late today, babe. So I'll make us breakfast." I said kissing her head and pulling myself off of her. It was a struggle, since this person is like a koala.

"Wear some clothes, Lauren." Camila mumbled behind me as I felt my cheeks burn up.

Ofcourse I should wear something before I go and wake up my daughters. Last night, oh last night. I couldn't even let my head wrap around the fact that last night happened. Just thinking about it makes my legs shake, and my heart beat a million times faster. It was not just about the sex, it was the connection we've always shared. It's the connection that made everything special, and unexplainable. After a decade, it was all about intuition, and love. It was beautiful, and magical. Now I sound like a sappy teenager.

After a quick shower, I walked to the twins' room. They were still sleeping soundly, bundled in their own sheets.

"Kara. Time to wake up." I whispered, rubbing my daughter's back. She slowly opened her eyes, and blinked a few times to re adjust her eyesight.

"Mommy?" She said, rubbing her eyes.

"It's time to get up baby. We need to get ready for court." I smiled at her, kissing her head.

"No mommy." I hear Lana groan as I pulled off their quilts and tossed it on the couch. I made my way to the curtains, and opened it.

"Mommy!" Lana groaned louder as I giggled.

"Come on. I'm making breakfast. I want you girls ready in 20." I said as I made my way outside. I know it's mean that I did that to them, and I hated it when my own mother did that to me, but today's an important day. We need to get ready. I made my way to my room, and Camila was still there.

"Karla! You're still in bed?" I said as I walked to her, pulling the covers off of her body. I forgot that clothes were optional last night, so I immediately put the covers back to her body. "Come on Karla. Get up." I said as I moved closer and grabbed her body, pulling her up with the covers.

"No." Camila started squirming and groaning in my arms as I brought her to the bathroom. "I'm so so--" She stopped her self from talking as I put her in the shower.

"You're too what?" I asked as I opened the shower, turning on the hot water. I looked up at her as she was looking down shyly, covering her body, like I haven't seen her naked in my life.

"So-sore?" She said, scrunching her nose as she blushed deeply. She's too cute.

"The hot water will help." I said giggling as she groaned beside me.

"Don't laugh at me." She said as she threw the bed sheet to my face. "Lo?" Her face turned from happy to serious.

"Yes, Love?" I asked curiously as she sighed, looking down for a second, and looking up at me when I walked closer to her.
