Grow Old Without You (Chapter 40)
CAMILA
I couldn't let Lauren leave me alone in the center again. I need to be with her, I need her. After that kiss, I know I need her more than anything in this world. She makes everything better, and I know everything would be fine if she's by my side.
I'm glad they let me leave as soon as Lauren asked them to. They told me I was okay, and I would just have to attend weekly therapy sessions, and appointments with the doctors. I'll do everything just to be with Lauren again.
I am fine. I just need Lauren.

I woke up in an all too familiar room. I am in Italy, again. I looked on my side, and I saw my twin sister. i can't believe Lana's with me back home. I can't believe we're finally complete, living in the same roof, living like a real family. I guess Mommy and Mama fixed everything to be together. My dream's coming true. It's slowly coming true.
"Stop moving too much." Lana whined beside me, hitting me with a pillow.
"Oww." I said as I rubbed my head, where she hit me. She hates getting disturbed when she's sleeping.
"Stop." She screamed, kicking me off the bed. Ofcourse, she kick me out of my own bed.
"Goodmorning to you too." I mumbled, walking out of my room. I left and went to the music room, where I mostly spent my days in. I kinda missed that room, and being away from this home, I missed everything.
"What are you doing up, Nugget?" Mommy was already up, perched in front of the piano. She had her glasses on, which she only happens when she reads, or when she composes music.
"Lana kicked me off the bed for moving too much." I said as I sat beside her, putting my head on her chest. She put her arms around me, kissing my head as I relaxed on her chest, sighing.
"What's on your mind, baby" Mommy whispered, running her hand on my arm. "Something you want to say?"
"Mommy, are you and Mama back together?" I asked her as I felt her body stiffen for a bit. I heard her sigh as she squeezed me closer to her body.
"We're still Mommy and Mama. You don't have to worry about anything, okay?" She said, dodging my question. I guess she doesn't want to answer that question.
"Okay." I sighed, looking down on the keys. I put my hands up, pressing the keys as Mommy kissed my head.
"Play me a song, Kara." Mommy whispered to my ear as I thought of a song to play for Mommy.
I need a saving grace
A hiding place
I don't have forever or time to wasteSo don't let me be lonely
I looked up to her, and she was smiling at me. She knows this song.I wanna shake this winter coat off my sleeve
Dust off a record and just be free
Oh don't let me be lonely
No don't let me be lonelyWhen you're young
You can fly
But we trip on clouds 'cause we get too high
We grow up
And then it's gone
Oh God only knows what we'll becomeSo don't let me be, let me be, let me be lonely tonight
While we're young and alive
Take the keys to my car and the keys to my heart and just drive
Oh don't let me, let me be lonely
