Y/N waited impatiently in the lobby, her nerves on edge. She could feel the unease building up inside her as the minutes passed by. She wondered what her therapist would be like and what kind of questions they would ask her.
She kept pacing back and forth, trying to distract herself with different thoughts, but she couldn't help feeling anxious.
She couldn't control her growing sense of anxiety as she waited for the therapist to arrive. It was as if the air was becoming thicker to breathe and her heart suddenly started pounding hard.
She could feel her legs start shaking a little and her stomach felt like a lead weight was sitting inside it, making it difficult to think straight.
After what felt like an eternity, she finally heard the chime to call her in. She took a deep breath and let herself take a few more steps before stopping in front of the door.
She opened it, hesitantly walking inside the office.
A woman of about mid-thirties was waiting inside, looking at her through a set of spectacles. The woman then spoke up, her voice calming.
"You must be Y/N, right? I'm Dr. Misora Kobayashi. Please take a seat."
Y/N followed Dr. Kobayashi's instructions, taking a seat on a chair in the middle of the office. She stared at the blank walls, trying to distract herself from her anxiety.
Dr. Kobayashi sat down across from her, placing her hands together and leaning back in her chair.
"So, I understand that you're here for your first therapy session. Let's use today as a way for us to get to know each other better. How does that sound?"
Y/N nodded in agreement, "Sounds good."
The therapist then nodded again and began asking questions to get a better understanding of her new patient.
"So tell me about yourself. Your hobbies, likes and dislikes, favourite food, what movies you like. And maybe the guys you like?" She said with a wink.
Her comment instantly made Y/N blush and she felt her face heat up. It was unexpected but she had to admit she didn't mind the teasing at all.
"Hobbies... um... I like reading, watching movies, listening to music, playing video games, and I'm also quite a good cook.
"Favourite food, hmm... butter chicken. I'm also quite a big fan of pizza and pasta. As for movies, I like pretty much anything, especially horror."
Dr. Kobayashi noticed Y/N's blush and smiled softly. She then nodded at her answers.
