Geto gradually started to wake up from his sleep. His eyelids were heavy and he felt a bit disoriented. He slowly opened his eyes and saw that he was lying on a bed in a white room.
He looked over at the person sitting in the chair next to his bed and saw the familiar face of his sister, who seemed to be lost inside a book.
His mind was foggy and he didn't know what was going on. He felt exhausted and his body hurt all over.
Y/N noticed that he had woken up and put down her book. "Hey, are you alright? How're you feeling?" She asked him softly.
Geto slowly sat up in bed and rubbed his eyes. He was feeling a bit confused and disoriented by everything.
"I'm okay, for the most part." He replied slowly. "It's just that I have this really bad headache and I feel tired."
He paused for a second as he tried to remember what happened.
"Are Nanako and Mimiko okay?" He asked, still feeling dizzy and out of it. "I tried my best to protect them."
"Yes, they're fine. I've bandaged up the small cuts they had," She reassured him. "You should focus on yourself first. Do you know how worried I was when I saw you in that condition? You would've died from blood loss!"
"I'm sorry," He spoke quietly as he sighed, feeling a bit guilty for making his sister worry.
He rubbed his eyes again, still trying to clear the fogginess in his head.
"I just tried my best to protect them. I didn't think I would get hurt this badly," He replied, sighing again. "Seems like I'm getting rusty without practice."
He smiled slightly at his sister's concern for him. He wasn't used to her being this sweet with him, so her words were a surprise.
"I'm fine now. So you don't have to worry about me." He told her, trying to reassure his sister. He rubbed his eyes again, feeling a bit tired. "You were really that worried about me?" He asked after a few seconds.
She felt his eyes boring into hers. He was surprised that she had been so worried about him. She was about to reply, but something in his expression caught her off guard. Y/N felt a bit embarrassed that she had been so worried about him even though their relationship hadn't been mended completely.
"I just..." She started to mumble something, unsure how to respond.
Geto raised an eyebrow and kept looking at his sister, noticing how awkward she was being.
