“Why did you do it?”

Y/N and Geto stood on either side of Gojo's motionless body. Mimiko leaned against the wall with her arms crossed, the cursed key in her hand.
Geto looked over at her with a stern expression. "Undo the effects of the key," He said. "He's not an enemy."
"I understand, Geto-sama." She walked over to Gojo and gently touched the key to his chest. "There, it's done. It'll take a while for him to wake up. Should we keep him here?"
He nodded as he looked at her. "Thank you for undoing the effects of the curse key. We should wait for him to wake up before we do anything else."
He was relieved that the cursed key had been undone and that Gojo was out of danger.
The whole situation felt pretty surreal as they waited for him to wake up from his stupor.
"How do you think he'll react once he sees you?" Y/N asked. "What do you plan on telling him?"
Geto was silent as he thought about how Gojo would respond once he saw him.
"I don't know," he finally said, sounding uncertain. "I know that he will be mad at me but I don't know how to handle the situation. I want to apologize to him for everything I have done, but I'm not sure how he will react to that." He was still nervous and scared about facing his ex-best friend.
He was lost in thought, trying to figure out a strategy on how to approach the situation.
"Do you think he'll be able to forgive me?" He looked at her with a vulnerable expression.
She looked back at him and felt sympathy for him. She thought about how she would react in this situation and came to one conclusion: He needed to be honest and open to Gojo in this situation because it was the only way to fix things.
"Honesty," She replied with a gentle expression. "You need to be honest with him." She replied. "Satoru knows you well and if you don't try to be open and truthful with him, you'll never know how he will react."
She paused for a moment before continuing. "It may be a little uncomfortable and painful to tell him the truth but it's the only way to move forward with honesty and trust. If you're not able to be honest with him, I doubt things will get better."
He was slightly surprised by her reply. He expected her to say something else but her honesty was refreshing to hear. He looked at her with a soft smile before responding. He was beginning to regain some confidence.
"I'll be honest with him," he said, "I'll tell him everything and hopefully he will understand. This is my chance to make things right and I need to give him the space to say whatever he needs to say. I'll accept whatever he says because it's only fair."
