"lac?" sam asks in shock from his front door, i smile at him as i walk through the door and into his house.
he lets out a loud breath "you didn't say you were coming?" he smiles at me wrapping his arms around me.
i sink into him burying my head into his chest, he smells so good.
"surprise i guess?" i say with a humorous tone.
he kisses my forehead, his hands on my cheeks, his smile is contagious as he looks at me like i am an alien.
"are you ok?" he asks suddenly in concern, i let out a small breath and nod
"i'm fine sam, she wouldn't have wanted me to be constantly sad. she would have wanted me to live my life"
"that's right"
"so it's a saturday...can we go out" i ask hopeful, he is almost taken by surprise at my question and laughs
"aye of course we can"
———— "oh girl i missed you so much" sophie smiles pulling me into a big hug, the music in this club is almost too loud to hear anything
we've been here for hours, me and sophie have been gossiping and crying together while dean and sam top up our drinks for most of the time.
"you went through the shittest time but i can never lose my best friend again" she says pressing a sloppy and drunken kiss on my cheek
"oh i'm never leaving you bitch!" i scream followed by a giggle "do you want to go dance?"
"obviouslyyyyy!" she screams and pulls me up to the dance floor, neither of us know the song but the beat lets us dance anyway.
"i'm having so much fun!" i shout over the loudness, sophie smiles and grabs my hands and we dance together.
we get lost within the crowd, but staying together. there is no sign of our booth nor our boyfriends but i'm way too intoxicated to care.
a new song comes on and me and sophie scream as we recognise it, it's wild thoughts by rihanna.
we scream the lyrics bumping into people but still carrying on dancing. as the chorus hits i bump into someone a little too hard as i feel the wetness of a drink splash on the floor
"oh shit i'm so sorry!" i say turning around, my stomach drops as i'm met with eyes i have not seen in nearly a year "harry" i choke
"well look who it is" he smirks, sophie is quick to join my side when she realises who it is "aw and your little friend too"
"i may be 5"2 but i can't punch like fucking tyson fury mate!" she screams getting up in his face
harry laughs and looks at me, grabbing my arm and pulling me close to him. i have no choice but to move where he puts me.
"you might want to sort your friend out" he whispers before kissing my cheek, i feel sick as i try to get away from him but his grip has now moved to my waist.
"please get off" i groan, sophie is trying to move his arm but he pushes her away causing her to get lost in the crowd "please harry just get off"
"she said get off!"
i feel relief when i hear my boyfriends voice shout, harry's grip instantly releases when he also recognises the voice.
"you ok?" sam says rushing to my side, i nod and snuggle myself into his side mainly just to feel protected. i haven't felt that scared in a while.
harry flows into the crowd too getting lost until we can't see him anymore, sam guides me by the waist off the dance floor and back to our booth where dean, sophie, tom, ruby and daisy are sat.
"thank fuck for that!" sophie gasps downing her drink "cunt! i hate that man!"
i laugh at her sitting down, sam doesn't leave my side as he also slides into the seat next to me "can we leave?" sam suggests to the group
i look at him confused "aw come on me and sophie were only just getting started!" i frown
"we can party at home, i just can't stand being here when i know he is also here" sam says his knuckles turning white as he grips the table.
i'm quick to place my hand on top of his to calm him "yeah ok, plus we can do karaoke at home"
