"ya mean you are dean" sophie laughs sitting her baby up against her chest so florence is as involved in everything as much as possible
"dinners ready kids" my dad smiles poking his head through the door
"thanks dad, we won't be a moment, flo has one more present to open" i tell him, he nods with a smile and leaves us alone again.
"okay come to daddy for the last present" dean says taking his daughter from sophie, he sits her in his lap and passes her the last present
she obviously drops it but with a little help she unwraps a teddy bear wearing a newcastle united kit. dean looks happier than flo.
"floflo look!" he says excitedly showing her the teddy, in return she lets out a tired yawn before fluttering her eyes shut "wow thanks for that" dean scoffs at his daughter

lacy_hope merry christmas hoes x been a bit of an odd christmas tbh, our first in our new home but also the first i haven't spent with my mum. death rates spike in the festive season, due to suicides but also coincident, sometimes it being the people we least expect. please remember to check up on your loved ones this christmas, even if you think they are fine. mental health matters even when it appears everyone is having fun. look after yourselves and everyone around you, your so loved. x
