It started getting close to 5 am, where a worker came out as she saw Harrow and me standing outside, she came over and asked "What are you doing out here Aella? Come on back inside," she said.
He noticed the worker as she approached, he slowly glanced at her and he saw the concerned look in her eyes as she spoke up. He then turned his head back and returned his focus to me, he seemed a bit reluctant to let me go but he also understood that I was being called back inside, he didn't want the worker to get suspicious of the two of us being outside for this long.
He gently let go of me, and then turned to look at the worker.
"She wanted to breathe the fresh air," He said.
I stood close to him, the worker continued to talk then she asked for his help again for another patient.
He noticed how I still stayed close to him, the worker didn't seem to have any idea of what was going on. She was simply asking him to attend to the needs of another patient, he sighed softly as he looked over at the worker once more.
"Alright," He spoke up softly and gently as he nodded his head. He figured that he was probably going to have to follow the worker and help her with the other patient after which he would return and check on me.
I watched them walk away. Suddenly I began to feel alone, I didn't listen to the worker about going back inside, I stayed outside. I sat down on the muddy ground next to the fence, I watched the sunrise beginning to rise.
He noticed that I stayed behind as he began to follow the worker to attend to the other patient. He was now a little concerned as the worker had told me to come inside and I had just ignored her. He assumed that I'd still have enough rationality to follow her instructions, but clearly, I wasn't listening. So now I was sitting down on the muddy ground waiting for the sunrise.
He sighed softly as he kept on walking behind the worker, he couldn't just leave me in this state, he'd have to return here later in return to check on me.
He was currently busy trying to help the other patient, but he still found himself thinking about me and he was wondering how I was doing out there. He also remembered how I was just sitting in the mud as he had seen me do when I was sitting down next to the fence. So now he was feeling somewhat concerned about how I was doing. As he helped the other patient, his thoughts often drifted back towards me and he was simply wondering if I was fine out there on my own.
He kept trying to get his full attention focused on the patient but that was starting to prove difficult as his thoughts often kept on shifting back towards me. He wasn't sure how he was going to manage to do anything with me on his mind constantly. So he simply continued helping the other patient, but he really couldn't wait until he finished so that he could get back there and check on me.
I stayed outside, I looked at my feet which had a few little cuts, and I felt myself becoming numb and empty. I rubbed my eyes, before standing up and walking back inside the building. My clothing was coated in mud, I kept walking in the building too, and I saw Harrow walking out of the patient room and talking to the workers. I started to walk into the main reception, the security looked at me quite confused about why I looked like a mess. I looked up and spoke sharply "What are you looking at?"
He heard me speaking to the security, he saw that I was rather muddy. There was a significant amount of mud on my clothes and I had some rather painful cuts on my feet. There was also a slightly sharp and aggressive tone to my voice as I spoke, he stopped himself in his tracks as he was now turning around to look towards my direction.
The security looked at me curiously as they were wondering why I was covered in mud, they had a few concerned looks on their faces as they kept on staring at me.
The security guard spoke into his earpiece before he started to walk over to me, he grabbed my wrists and tried to pull me back to my room, and I started to scream words out at him. However other patients were starting to get agitated with the chaos which was starting a riot.
He heard the security trying to talk into his earpiece, he saw that he was also trying to drag me towards my room, I was resisting, obviously not wanting to go back to my room. Other patients were starting to become agitated with what was going on, some even started to make their way towards the source of the chaos, the security was trying to drag me in, meanwhile, I was screaming and pulling away. All in all, it was getting rather chaotic.
He sighed softly as the situation was devolving more into a chaotic mess with each passing second. The security was still trying to drag me back to my room to keep me under control or at least that seemed like their goal. The other patients were beginning to come out of their wards, they were starting to notice what was going on outside the main reception. Things were starting to look pretty bad now.
I started to cry over the slight aggression, I fell to my knees trying to make the noise stop however the security guard wasn't having it, and he spoke into the earpiece for an injection.
He could hear the security speaking into his earpiece to get an injection, it seemed like he was planning on getting one of those injections that would essentially just sedate me and calm me down. With how intense my reaction was and how things were rapidly degenerating, the security was certainly not having it. The other patients were also starting to gather around me, and some even tried to step in to stop the security from forcefully sedating me on the spot here.
