CHAPTER 61: Jealous

Since Van and his bandmates had already finished performing on stage, they decided to gather and form a circle with us. 

Pare-pareho at magkakasama na kami ngayon sa iisang table lahat. I get it, iisa lang ang circle na kinabibilangan naming magkakaibigan kaya kailangan ko itong tanggapin. Hindi ko nga lang alam kung may mas ikaka-awkward pa ito since Kaori and that blonde girl are also here.

"Kailan ka pa nag bangs?" Sabrina asked while one arm rested on top of the part of the banquette behind me. Mukhang inaakbayan niya tuloy ako. "Bagay sa'yo."

Katabi ko parin siya dahil simula nung nangyari kanina, hindi na siya humiwalay pa sa'kin.

"I know. You don't have to remind me of that," I said, chuckling. 

She smirked. "Naniwala ka naman."

"What did you say?" I pinched her on the cheeks, so she laughed. Suddenly, I felt like someone was watching me, so I turned my head slowly away from Sabrina. My heart stopped when I made eye contact with Kaori. 

Mabilis akong nag-iwas at nagpanggap na magsasalin ng whiskey. I heard Sabrina smirk, so I glared at her. This girl is really enjoying what she's seeing right now.

Hindi na ako nilapitan pa ulit ni Kaori after what happened awhile ago. That's our last interaction. Though there's a lot of times that I'm catching her staring at me, and I'm always the first one looking away. There's this one time that I tried holding our eye contact to see what she would do, but she just wouldn't look away! So it always ended up me pretending to be doing something. 

"Para sa'kin ba 'to?" Kinuha ni Sabrina yung whiskey na kakasalin ko lang.

I was about to answer pero biglang naupo si Vixen sa lounge kaya sa kaniya napunta ang lahat ng tingin namin. He's holding a bouquet of flowers in his hands.

"Babe, look at that flower." Nagsalita si blondie girl. "It resembles the one you have at your penthouse. What's the name of that flower again? Oleander?" 

Sabrina spit out what she was drinking and almost choked after hearing what the blonde said. 

"Hey," hinimas ni Lynpen ang likod nito habang napasapo nalang ako sa mukha ko.

"Kadiri naman!" Si Linken na nakapuwesto sa harapan ni Sabrina na siyang nabugahan ng whiskey. "Ilayo niyo nga yung alak diyan!"

"You're fucking embarrassing," I mouthed before pulling out my handkerchief inside my purse. Pinunasan ko ang mukha niya habang pasimpleng dinidiinan dahil nanggigigil na ako sa kaniya. 

"Ako rin Tamg!"

"Just go get yourself a tissue, Linken. You wouldn't want me to wipe this on you after wiping it on Sabrina's dirty face."

"Dirty daw..."

"Shut up, please?" I gave her an innocent smile.

Nang matapos ko na siyang punasan, ibinalik ko rin sa loob ang handkerchief. Sabrina continued on teasing me about nonsense things, and I couldn't move my body freely because with every move I make, I feel like I'm being watched.

"Babe, I can't wait for your birthday. Ano bang gusto mong regalo? I'll give you everything you want." The blonde kept on blabbering something, pero kahit na isang beses, hindi ko narinig si Kaori na sumagot. 

"Nonchalant yung ex mo," patawa-tawang bulong ni Sabrina.

I couldn't help but chuckle too. Puro kalokohan talaga ang isang 'to. Hinampas ko siya sa hita niya at kinurot nang kaunti. She laughed and then placed her palm on my legs too.
