When Ryota is walking through the hallway, he found Miyuki being pushed by Chika away from the student council, they look at each other and it's very awkward
"Yeah alright, I don't want to know" Said Ryota
"Let's just say" Said Chika "My sister is in the student council room" She keeps pushing Miyuki away, Ryota just follows the two
"I don't know what I did" Said Miyuki, still getting pushed. Just then, they saw something that warrant a stop to Chika's pushing. Ishigami is giving Tsubame a giant heart shape cookie, now to those that knows what this meant, it shocks them

"Wait why am I presenting this time?" Said Seiya "Why couldn't it be the others..." He slumps down and sighs "Alright fine..."
He composes himself "Hearts is the symbol of this festival, it is said if you give someone a heart shaped gift during the culture festival you will be granted eternal love"

Seiya pause for a bit "And apparently it all takes place in the spot where Shuchiin academy now took place... I don't know if this is true, Ryuju told me about this...
"Your welcome" Said Ryuju who just pops out, she leave the scene
"Yeah, thanks" Said Seiya

Tsubame runs away as she's too flustered to answer Ishigami's confession right now
"Ishigami likes Koyasu-san?" Asked Miyuki
"You didn't realize?" Said Chika "It's pretty obvious"
"Even if we know Ishigami likes Koyasu-san, this is still very surprising" Said Ryota
"Yeah, I didn't know he had the gut" Said Chika "I'm impressed"
The 3 of them walk till they all ended up at a bottom of a stairwell, Miyuki seems to be thinking of something "What do you guys think? Do you think this confession will have a happy ending?"
"Hahaha no way! I mean come on, she's the darling of the third years!" Said Chika "Ishigami-kun doesn't stand a chance!"
"Have some faith" Said Ryota "I'm sure she'll see the good in Ishigami, and give him a chance"
"What do you guys think he has to do to get her to say yes?" Asked Miyuki
"A girl decides whether or not she sees someone as a potential partner based on a demerit system" Said Chika "Personality, conduct, speech, appearance, hygiene.... If someone has enough demerits, then they can't be the target of someone's affection even if they're super rich. And, likewise someone without those demerits can be viewed romantically no matter how poor they might be"
"Well, depend on the girl" Said Ryota "Some girls don't mind some of those demerits. And some girls would want to fix them..."
"Oh come on, when is the last time that happened?" Asked Chika
"You should ask Kenji..."
"What?"
"So, if Ishigami fixes his shortcoming as soon as possible, he'll be fine right?" Asked Miyuki
