The French Exchange Welcoming party! A bunch of students from French and Japanese are seen having a fun time
We see Ryota, Miyuki, Shinomiya, and Chika looking exhausted 'we did it!' They all thought to themselves
"Excellent work everyone" Said The Principal of Shuchinn academy, Adolphe Pescarolo "I realize it was a rather sudden request, but you've done a splendid job"
"Well this much we can do" Said Miyuki "But next time, please try and give us more than 3 days notice. I hate to place such a burden on my fellow council members"
The principal laughed a little and said "Very well, very well! Now do enjoy yourselves"
The 4 of them stepped into the party
"Phew" Miyuki felt relieved "It seems we managed to get through this all unscathed"
"Indeed" Said Shinomiya
"These French students have quite the interest in Japan, and all of our students who are studying French van enjoy the party with them"
"Do you speak French Shinomiya" Asked Miyuki
"Oh no I'm afraid It's not something I'm particularly good at" Said Shinomiya "Do you?"
"Heh" Said Miyuki "Comment allez-vous, Mademoiselle? Je m'appelle Miyuki Shirogane"
"Ohh" Said Shinomiya amazed
"Didn't know you could speak French" Said Ryota raising his eyebrow
"Well I started learning French once I heard that French student would be coming to visit" Said Miyuki boastfully "I only had time to go over a small phrasebook sadly. I haven't had much practice"
"Oh don't be so humble" Said Shinomiya
Then a girl French student came in "Bonjour" She said "merci beaucoup pour votre invitation d' aujourd hui"
Miyuki stood there sweating as he pulls out a French book
"ç'est nous qui vous remercion d'etre venus d'aussi loin" Said Shinomiya "nous ferons tout notre possible pour que vous gardiez un souvenirz imperrisable durant votre sejour parmi nous"
"si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit, n' hesitas pas a nous le faire savoir"
"je vous remercie" Thanked the girl
Miyuki looks shocked "You seem rather proficient* He says in a shaky voice
"Oh no not at all" Said Shinomiya "It's quite difficult to match the native pronunciation. One rarely uses nasal vowels in Japanese, so I simply can't get them to come out right"
"Fujiwara.. Ryota.. I feel we may be a tad out of place here" Said Miyuki
Fujiwara is seen talking to two French students "La plupart des contenus japonais sont focalises sur le marche domestique Le japon n' a pas encore etabli la facon de se promouvoir a l' etranger. Les prix montent en fleche a l' exportation, il y a aussi les problemes des ventes au rabais des licences des images"
"Fujiwara... You speak French?" Asked Miyuki
"Yup!" Answered Chika "Just a bit though"
"My mom used to be a diplomat, so I've known a bunch of languages ever since I was a kid! It even got to a point where my Japanese started to get kinda bad!"
Miyuki is becoming more nervous, then he realize Ryota is with him the whole time, Miyuki remembered Ryota is not good in social situation like this, so he prefers to stay with his friends. Miyuki also thinks Ryota can't speak French which relieves him a bit.
Just then a female French student approach the two and said "Enchantee"
"Enchantee mademoiselle Je m'appelle Miyuki Shirogane, Je suis president du conseil des eleves dans ce lycee" Said Miyuki
"Je suis très intéres par la culture japonaise et je souhaite faire mes etudes au japon un de ces jour" Said the female student, Miyuki is confused but not Ryota
"Au fait, qu'est-ce qui te plaît dans la culture japonaise ?" Asked Ryota, Miyuki looked at him shocked
"Je les aime juste" Said the female student "J'aime particulièrement l'origami, ils sont si apaisants"
Miyuki lights up at the word l'origami, he then fold a piece of paper to a flower and gave it to her "Bon voyage" He then walk away nervously, the girl look amazed
"Est-il célibataire ?" Asked the female student
"Ouais..." Ryota then leaves awkwardly "That was smooth dude" Ryota said to Miyuki
Miyuki turns to look at Ryota "You speak French?"
"Just a little bit" Said Ryota "Kenji thought me some"
"He.. did?" Said Miyuki who is now sweating nervously, Miyuki now feel isolated as being the only one who doesn't speak French
"Yeah, he's pretty good at it" Said Ryota
Then another female student come to talk to Miyuki "Bonjour"
"Oh... Yes hello" Said Miyuki awkwardly
She then proceed to insult him with sarcasm that's equivalent to punching someone you just met in the face. Ryota is shocked while Miyuki seems unbothered
"Oui" Said Miyuki
She then insult him even more equivalent to shaming one's family and lover simultaneously.
"Oui, oui, je vois" Said Miyuki not understanding what she's saying
She insulted him even more that can make anyone fall to the ground and weep
"Haha! exactement" Said Miyuki
'Miyu's just taking it? He doesn't seem to care! If I was him I would have cried' Thought Ryota shocked at Miyuki's demeanor, the girl also seems to be shocked
She then insult him with a direct attack to Miyuki himself, but then! Shinomiya showed up and look at the French student with a cold stare
"What was that?" Said Shinomiya 'You- Oh I'm sorry you don't speak Japanese" She then proceed to throw in insult after insult
The French student tried to run away but is stopped by Shinomiya
Shinomiya then throws in threats which for legal reason cannot be written down, after she was done the French student ran away. Ryota is even more shocked and kind of scared and Miyuki doesn't even understand what just happened
"Shinomiya...?" Said Miyuki confused
"P.. President!? No! This isn't what it looks..." Said Shinomiya freaking out
"Miyu.. I want to go home.." Said Ryota scared
"Uh.. Yeah sure" Said Miyuki
Ryota then leaves to go home feeling scared..
