Year 3828 — COSMIC Headquarters — Section Meden
The week finished off with Astraea pondering another piece of information that she needed to find the truth about. There was too much going on.
First, the Colonel being suspected to control the Auraforms and second was also the Colonel, accused of being El's father.
This was too much for Astraea to think about. As Saturday night came, Astraea had three more letters of the password.
010338
She didn't know what to make of it. It wasn't code.
She was currently in the room alone again, trying to decode the password.
Ever since Izmeria told her the news, Astraea tried to play as cool as possible around El. She also didn't know much about what El treasured most. She thought about the Plasmium blade but Izmeria already said she didn't want that.
Astraea wasn't even sure that she would give into Izmeria's threat. She could be lying after all. At least she hoped she was lying.
Astraea tapped her fingers on the side of the tablet watching the numbers run, trying to find an answer.
They were all numbers so the rest of the password must be in numbers. But she didn't know how many more digits there were.
She narrowed her eyes on the numbers, hoping from them to make some sense.
The algorithm ran before finding another number.
"Zero." Astraea mumbled as it know read, 0103380.
Just as the number was found, algorithm stopped.
01033805
She did it. Astraea's eyes widened finally solving the password.
"Eight numbers." She read them with a frown. "It's the a date." It felt oddly familiar too. She was born in 3805.
And so was...
El.
As quickly as she could, Astraea scanned the numbers. 01–03–3805
"It's El's birthday." She muttered in shock. It couldn't be a coincidence.
The Colonel knew about El. He knew that she was his daughter.
Astraea threw a hand over her mouth. "Oh my stars." This was actually real.
But if the Colonel was bad then...
She then typed in the password opening up the Colonel's database. She came upon folders and folders of documents. However, none seemed to be related to anything important.
Then Astraea noticed a locked file. Another password.
Hoping it would work, she typed in El's birthday.
Nothing.
She frowned at the outcome. What other password could he have? She didn't know his birthday or what he liked.
But she did know El's mom's birthday.
Taking the chance, Astraea typed in the date. The folder opened up.
Astraea stilled at what was inside.
Auraform attacks.
She pressed on the document. It opened up to a 2D map of the universe.
There was a thin blue line that smuggled around the map, clicking on it it said 'Eclipse pathway'.
The Colonel knew of Eclipse's location. He had tracked them down this entire time.
