A Gift

(Alana POV)

I sat on Luisas bed, we celebrated her birthday yesterday because it had actually occurred while she was injured, she sat beside me as we chatted about everything that had happened, we were having a good time when her face suddenly contorted into an expression of pain

"Luisa, what wrong?" she sat there frozen a few seconds before saying

"j-just go get my mama, she'll explain it"

I ran downstairs to the kitchen, saying "Julieta, come quick, there's something wrong with Luisa"

we ran upstairs with a plate of food and Julieta entered the room while I stayed outside, and eventually she came out 

"so what's going on, what's wrong with her"

"she's going through what we call a growth spurt, she'll be in a lot of pain for the next few days while her body undergoes some changes" she explained

"can I see her, I want to make sure she's alright"

"it's probably best she stay on her own for right now, while this is happening to her she's not really herself, she can be very aggressive and angry"

my face fell, I just wanted to make sure that my girlfriend was okay, but if Julieta said no then there wasn't anything I could do about it, so I headed into town to take care of other things I needed, Julieta told me it would only be a few days so I would just have to sleep in the nursery for a little while.

It had been about five days since Luisa had started her growth spurt and I was anxious to see her, I walked to her door and saw her mama

"oh there you are, Luisa is in a lot less pain now and she's been asking for you, it's probably okay if you go in now"

I entered, it was dark and all I saw was a mass of bunched up blankets on the bed, which started talking to me

"mi amor, can you come cuddle with me, everything hurts"

I rushed over "of course I can, do you need food or anything"

I was pulled into the blankets by a large pair of arms, and I ended up curled beside my girlfriend as the little spoon

"no, the food doesn't help, but cuddling with you does, I already feel better" she said

I giggled and cozied myself while Luisa seemed to have fallen asleep, so I shifted my hips to get comfy and when I did she groaned in my ear, then I felt her hips slowly and subtly moving against mine while her breathing turned heavier, I blushed heavily and shook her a little to wake her, and when she did and realized what she had been doing she shot up and started apologizing immediately

"i-i'm so sorry, I don't- I didn't- I would nev-"

I cut her off with a kiss, and slowly moved to sit on her lap while straddling her, she looked up at me a little confused

"amor?"

"Luisa I've been thinking, and maybe we could, only if you want to of course" I blushed heavily while talking, a little embarrassed, but she grabbed my hands

"I-I, ya we could, but only if you feel comfortable with it, I don-"

I cut her off with yet another kiss, this time wrapping my hands around her neck and pulling her close, I tangled my fingers in her hair and tilted my head to deepen the kiss, I licked her lips and felt the scar on her upper one when she pulled away, out of breath, we both panted heavily and a string of saliva still connected us, and she looked  hungry for more
