Kaede had accepted Oomi's request again, even if she wasn't allowed to write anything mean about Atsumu. However, her thoughts were not only on the new texts, but also on Chika and Megumi, whom she wanted to include. The reason was quite clear to Kaede. Her friends shouldn't always hide in the club rooms, but should come out of their shell a little more. Especially Megumi.

"Why are you taking us with you?" Chika asked the next day when school was over. "I could do with some help." Kaede shrugged her shoulders and didn't want to say any more. The two of them would find out in the end why she had made this decision.

"But I...don't know my way around..." Megumi said and was very unsure about the subject. "Neither do I." Kaede replied, although she had read up on the last texts. She still didn't know all the rules.

Arriving at the sports hall, Kaede pushed aside the net at the entrance as usual and entered the hall with her friends. As was often the case, the players were divided into two groups so that they could get to know the first-year students better.

"Oh, you've brought visitors today?" asked Oomi, who had left the training to his co-trainer. "Yes, they're going to help me a bit today. After all, you have a few more players than usual this time."

"Yes, that's right." The man smiled and looked at the two girls. "You...look a little...unsure..." he whispered quietly to Kaede, who had been looking at them. They were literally hiding behind her and the net.

"It'll be fine. I hope..." Kaede spoke and probably had to work on it with them. "But I'd like to pass them off as managers."

"Huh?" Surprised, Oomi looked at the brown-haired girl, who hadn't meant it as a joke. "I think they can learn a lot here and really blossom." Kaede explained the situation. "I don't really know. The last manager gave up pretty quickly."

"On a trial basis?" Kaede asked kindly. "Think of it as a quid pro quo for me taking over the texts." With slightly narrowed eyes, Oomi looked at the girl before laughing softly and shaking her head.

"You're really good. I didn't think you'd come with anything in return, so I won't have any other way out." Kaede smirked a little herself. Yes, she hadn't thought it herself. But everyone could take a small advantage.

The trainers could hand over some organizational things to the managers and she herself had achieved the goal so that her friends could become a little braver.

"All right then. I'll take the two." Oomi nodded, but he had to be quite patient.
