Roller Blading

Central Park was buzzing with activity. Men sold hot dogs and ice cream from push carts and kids played on the jungle gyms set up all around. Tourists took pictures of the historical monuments and families set up picnics on the grass. You and Leo walked hand and hand down a path, roller blades slung over his left shoulder. A red pair for him and a (f/c) pair for you. He had decided that today was the day he would teach you how to roller blade.

"Okay, this looks like a good spot," Leo said stopping at a bench and sitting down. You sat next to him and he took his pair of roller blades lacing them onto his feet. You took yours then did the same just as Leo stood and skated up and down the path.

"Wow, you're really good," you said as he spun on one heel in a circle. Leo grinned and skated over to you helping you stand.

"I know. Imma master."

You laughed then slipped and fell into Leo's chest. "Whoa!"

He chuckled then rightened you. "Okay, now let's start." He skated backwards as you rolled forwards, your legs wobbled a little and you slipped multiple times but Leo kept you steady. He smiled at you. "You're doing great (y/n)."

"Really?" You said unsure of yourself as you slipped again.

"Yup, now I'm gonna let go. You gotta keep your balance and start out slow, okay?"

You nodded and his hands left yours. You held your arms out for balance and leaned back so that you wouldn't faceplant into the concrete, a squeal erupted from your lips as you wobbled on unsteady legs. Leo skated backwards in front of you making sure you wouldn't fall on your face and held out his arms to catch you if you did.

"Leo Leo LEO!" You cried waving your arms around.

"(Y/n) don't lean backwar-!" It was too late. Your legs shot out in front of you and your butt hit the concrete. Hard.

"Ow schist!" You cursed biting your bottom lip. Leo rolled over to you and helped you up.

"That was a good first try," he said giving you a smile.

You rolled your eyes. "That was a terrible first try."

Leo chuckled then started skating again pulling you along. "It's your first time (y/n), you don't have to be an expert in the first two minutes."

You smiled a little then kicked forward a little. Leo grinned then let your hands go, you kicked again propelling yourself forward and you smiled turning in a small circle. After that you fell down a few times but ultimately made great progress, your balance was better, you skated faster, and you didn't run into as many people.

"(Y/n) you're doing awesome!" Leo praised roller blading next to you. You laughed and took his hand speeding up.

"I hope so. Or else I fell thirty seven times for nothing."

Leo laughed and shook his head. "You didn't fall that much...but it was a lot."

You rolled your eyes then came up next to a bush. An evil grin spread across your lips and you shoved Leo into the bush. He fell backwards and disappeared into the foliage, only his feet visible in the air. You laughed so hard tears rolled down your cheeks, you clutched your stomach and bent forward gasping for air. Leo sat up and spit leaves out of his mouth then glared at you.

"Not funny," he grumbled.

"E-Extremely funny," you laughed. He stood up then took your hands, spun, and let you go and you fell into the bush. Laughs erupted from his lips as you sat up and frowned at him, kicking your legs to try and escape from the devil mini tree.

"Leo I'm stuck!" You cried and he only laughed harder. "Help me out little elf!"

He wiped at his eyes then pulled you up kissing your lips fleetingly. "Oh my gods that was priceless."

You frowned at him then a seductive grin spread across your face. You pulled Leo closer by his shirt collar and grazed your lips against his, he shuddered at the close contact and closed his eyes expecting a long passionate kiss. Instead you quickly pulled away and shoved him back into the bush then took off down the path.

"ARG! NOT FAIR (Y/N)!" He yelled kicking and squirming.

You had to come back after fifteen minutes and pull him out because he was stuck in the bush.
