Your eyes fluttered open, it was quiet in the (g/p) cabin as every one of your siblings were still sound asleep in their warm bunks. You sat up quietly and yawned, stretching and rubbing your eyes. The cabin was nice and warm, sheltering you from the bitter cold outside.

Your eyes glanced at the window that was right next to your bed and you gasped a little. The ground outside was covered in a thick layer of powder white snow, the flakes still falling from the bright gray sky above. It was snowing!

"Guys guys guys wake up it's snowing!" You shouted jumping out of bed and your siblings sat up rubbing the sleep from their eyes.

"Snowing?" Lilly, your little sister yawned, her two front teeth missing and her messy brown hair pulled into two braids down her back.

"Yeah Lil it's snowing! Come on and get dressed and we can all go out and play!" You grinned excitedly making Lilly smile wide.

"Okay, come on everyone get up let's go play!"

Your siblings jumbled around, putting on thick coats, hats, scarves, gloves and snow boots. You yourself were dressed in a thick, light blue jacket with a white scarf and white and blue striped hat with jeans and brown snow boots. You slipped on your white gloves then opened up the cabin door to see everyone in camp already outside excitedly playing in the snow.

The first snow fall at camp was the best. It was the one time out of the whole year besides Christmas that Chiron opened up the weather borders to have flurries sweep themselves across Camp Half Blood. Demigods from every cabin were out and about building snowmen, having snowball fights, and building forts.

You smiled to yourself then leapt out to have your feet fall onto the soft flakes beneath your toes, a light crunch sounding as you did so. Lilly bounded out of the cabin and dove onto the ground giggling wildly, her arms and legs moving up and down to make a snow angel. You smiled and did the same next to her, laughing along with the little girl feeling like a kid again.

"Hey (y/n)," a certain Latino said appearing above you grinning his signature grin.

"Hey Leo! Isn't the snow great?" You smiled sitting up and brushing the flakes from your coat and hair.

"Yeah definitely, come on let's go build a snowman." Leo grabbed your hands pulling you up and Lilly sat up looking at you both.

"Can I help?" She asked and you smiled.

"Of course, let's go." You picked her up and she smiled, showing off her missing two front teeth and threw her hands up into the air.

"Yay!"

The son of Hephaestus grinned at you as you did the same then the three of you went to find a good spot to build your snowman. It took a while as kids had already cleared most of the open spaces, but eventually Leo found a place next to the strawberry fields, the fruit untouched by the bitter flurries and cold.

"This seems good, what do you think Lilly?" He set his hands on his hips looking down at the little girl next to him dressed in her Anna and Elsa snow jacket and hat with matching gloves.

"Hmm. . ." Lilly rubbed her chin, scrunching her face up and inspecting the ground like a crime scene. It made you laugh under your breath. "Yep. This is good. Now let's start building!"

"Ma'am yes ma'am," Leo saluted her and she giggled.

You and the Latino started rolling a huge ball of snow for the bottom of the snowman, you packed in the snow while Leo pushed the ball around. It got bigger and bigger meaning that Leo was starting to struggle with the weight.

"Dang, this thing is heavy," he grunted.

"Come on it's for Lilly," you whispered, nodding to the little girl. Her big blue eyes were sparkling with excitement and it made Leo's heart melt at the sight.

"You're right."

Once the bottom of the snowman was finished you and Lilly started on the middle. You rolled while she packed then as the ball was up to your knees she all of a sudden asked.

"Can I roll?"

You looked over at her and laughed. "You can try, but it's pretty heavy."

Lilly switched places with you, setting her hands on the snow ball and pushed with all her might. The little girl grunted as her feet slid in place while she tried to walk forward but the ball wasn't moving an inch. Lilly then pressed her back to it and pushed that way but still it wasn't moving.

"Aw, I'm sorry Lilly but I told you it was heavy."

Lilly pouted, her blue eyes watering and you felt awful. Then, out of the blue the snow ball moved forward. Your sister jumped up surprised and you stared in shock as she started to roll the ball of snow across the ground.

"I'm doing it I'm doing it!" She cried in triumph and you looked over at Leo to see him with a remote controller in his hands.

You arched an eyebrow, then your gaze traveled to a tiny something pushing against the snowball beneath Lilly's feet. You focused on it and it seemed to be a robotic bug of some sort, pushing the ball with ease. A smile crossed your lips and you walked over to Leo, whispering in his ear.

"You made that, didn't you?"

Leo grinned at you. "Maybe, maybe not."

"You're the best," your lips pressed against his cheek and he blushed severely at the gesture.

Soon the snowman was built perfectly, six feet tall with Leo's dark green cap on its head, your scarf around its neck, and freshly picked strawberries for eyes, nose, and pebbles for a smile. Lilly stuck branches into its sides for arms then smiled proudly, standing next to you and Leo.

"He's perfect!" She grinned and Leo nodded.

"Definitely, he just needs a name now."

Lilly stared up at the snowman, her blue eyes shining with wonder. She set her hands on her hips, lips pursed outward and feet planted in the snow.

"Strawberry." Lilly concluded and you and Leo sniggered.

"Strawberry it is." You said and ruffled her hair.

Before you knew it, it was time to get Lilly to bed. She stumbled towards the (g/p) cabin, yawning loudly and rubbing her eyes. You picked her up and walked inside as Leo stood in the doorway waiting. You slipped off her boots, unzipped her jacket then removed her hat and gloves tucking her in.

Leo smiled as you closed the door quietly behind you and smiled at him.

"Thanks for doing that with us, it means a lot to me." You said making the son of Hephaestus blush.

"Of course (y/n), I'd do anything for you."

This time it was your turn to blush. A warm pink spread itself across your cheeks and you looked up at Leo, the porch light shining on the both of you. Your hands somehow made their way to his jacket, pulling him towards you. Leaning up you gently pressed your lips to Leo's, he instantly responded, his body temperature heating up so much you could feel the warmth radiating off of him.

His hands snaked around your waist, pulling you to his body and your arms wrapped around his neck. Leo's lips were so warm and inviting that you couldn't get enough of him. Unfortunately there is this thing called air and all humans needed it. You pulled away blushing madly as did Leo, his ears a bright red.

Looking down you noticed there was a perfect ring of melted snow around you and him, wet grass glistened under your boots. A chuckle escaped your lips as Leo's blush deepened considerably.

"S-Sorry, I didn't mean to do that." He apologized and you smiled.

"It's okay, that just means that the kiss was definitely hot."

The Latino laughed, pulling you closer, his forehead pressed against yours.

"That it was."
