Leo held your hand on the porch light lit streets as you walked beside him with a pumpkin candy bucket in your hand. You smiled and he smiled back kissing your cheek making you giggle as the fake beard he wore tickled your delicate skin. You and Leo were dressed like your parents, he was Hephaestus while you were (g/p). It was fun seeing each other dressed like a god/goddess, it made trick or treating amusing.

"Want to hit one more house?" Leo asked and you nodded.

"Sure, I could use some more Skittles."

"NOT AGAIN!"

You laughed and cuddled into his arm walking down the sidewalk, the autumn air a little chilly but Leo was nice and warm and cuddly. As you two walked two figures started to walk towards you, both taller, adult like. You squinted trying to make out who it was then gasped. Was that. . .(g/p)? Dressed as you?!

"Dad?" Leo said and indeed it was Hephaestus walking next to (g/p). They both stopped, eyes widening with both hands full of candy bags.

(G/p) wore a shirt with all of your favorite books on the face and a pair of jeans with sneakers. Hephaestus had on a white button up with suspenders, cargo pants, work boots, and Team Leo written in Sharpie on his arm. You all stared at each other in silence, the atmosphere was awkward and a little weird.

Finally you spoke, "Uh, why are you guys trick or treating? And dressed as us for that matter?"

They both looked at each other then back at you and Leo.

"It's boring being gods," (g/p) said.

"DON'T YOU JUDGE US!" Hephaestus exclaimed pointing at you both and Leo facepalmed.
