"I put everything I wanted to..." You said quietly, feeling yourself sink further into the couch.
Aizawa and Keigo stared at you.
You shrugged your shoulders after a few awkward moments passed by and they were still just staring at you. "What?"
"This isn't even half of what you told me?!" Aizawa said, waving around the papers in his hand. "And I know you didn't even tell me the full half of it!"
He was holding a stack of papers that you had made. Aizawa and Keigo set you up with everything you would need to obtain divorce papers, but now that they were reading them, they thought that maybe they shouldn't have let you do it by yourself.
Keigo stepped in front of Aizawa, not liking the way he started off by raising his voice. "Y/n, this isn't gonna be enough to get him in any kind of trouble. If you hand him this, I wouldn't be surprised if he fights for half custody, and I really wouldn't even be surprised if he gets it."
You frowned. "I don't want him to have any custody" You said. "If he wants to see Haru then I can bring him there, he's not going anywhere near Haru without me there."
"There's no mention of any violence in here against you or Haru" Keigo said. "These make it look like you're just mutually getting a divorce"
You shrugged, not knowing what to say.
"Why didn't you include any of it?" Keigo asked.
You shrugged again.
Keigo frowned and sat next to you on the couch. "Y/n, nothing's going to change."
"What do I have to add so that he can't get custody?" You asked finally asked.
"Why not everything?" Keigo asked. "Just put the truth"
You went quiet again. "What would I have to add so he can't get custody?" You asked again, not answering Keigo's question.
"Oh my god" Aizawa mumbled.
Keigo looked at look at him and shook his head, trying to get him to calm down before he escalates everything.
"She doesn't want to get him in any real trouble" Aizawa said anyway.
Keigo turned to you with a questioning look and you just glanced away.
"Why not?" Keigo asked, putting his hand on your leg and rubbing it, trying to encourage you to turn back to him. "Y/n, he's not going to just leave you alone. He needs to be in jail, so he can't bother you anymore."
"Jail seems harsh..." You mumbled, knowing how stupid it would sound to the two of them.
And it did sound stupid. It sounded really fucking stupid.
"Harsh?!" Aizawa asked. "Y/n!-"
"I know! I know!" You said, covering your face with yours hands. "Leave me alone!"
"What do you mean leave you alone?! Y/n?!" Now it sounded like Aizawa was standing right over you, you felt like a kid that was in trouble. "You're so close to getting rid of him!"
You didn't like it when he said that. You didn't like the thought of getting rid of Daiki, you still felt like you would probably need him at some point because of Haru's quirk.
You also didn't like to imagine Daiki in jail, it made you sad. Whenever you did you were imagining high school Daiki in jail.
Just then Haru ran into the room, giggling while Eri chased him.
"Mommy!" Haru shouted as he jumped on your lap, not giving you any time to recover from the impact before he began climbing on you. "Can you play with us?"
