I could see Ramin leaning against a wall out of the corner of my eye, watching me practice my old ballet steps.

I was trying to get myself warmed up before an exercise routine, and my dancing skills always came in handy for such things.

I glanced at him and smirked.

"Enjoying yourself?" I asked in a playful tone.

He blinked multiple times, almost as if he were trying to get himself out of a trance, and then he smiled sheepishly.

"Sorry, Ave. I'm just admiring how beautiful you are."

I blushed and looked away.

"It's okay."

There was a beat, and then Ramin stepped over to me.

He wrapped an arm around my waist and kissed my bare shoulder tenderly.

My body was instantly covered in goosebumps at the feeling of his lips on my soft skin, and I sighed in satisfaction.

"My little ballerina," he purred. "You move like an angelic swan."

My heart palpitated in my chest, and I stopped breathing for a second.

The tone of his voice was enough to make anyone faint, and it was obvious that Ramin knew it as well.

"You like teasing me way too much," I said quietly.

"I do," he replied smoothly. "And to be honest, I think you like it, too."

I rested the back of my head on his chest and melted into his embrace.

"I can neither confirm nor deny," I smirked.

Ramin chuckled and kissed the top of my head.

"Alright. Whatever you say, my Angel."

I stroked his forearms with my fingertips and inwardly smiled to myself.
