After the class, at first, Q was supposed to go to the coffee shop with me. But he had an argument with his girlfriend, so he had to go find her first... by taking my car since he didn't bring his car to school and didn't want his girlfriend to wait too long. He stuffed five hundred baht into my hand as a taxi fare. Wow, just great! When you two were all lovey-dovey, I was left out. But now, when things go south, suddenly I'm dragged into the drama?!!! No thanks!

When I got home and left my stuff on the sofa, I walked through the trees to wait for Q at the shop. The coffee shop is right in front of the house. There is a small walkway between the house and the cafe. There is a curved ylang-ylang flower arch that serves as a roof along the way because Madam Pui refuses to be exposed to the sun.

Inside the shop was decorated in white and brown tones, in half modern, half minimalist, half Thai, half Japanese style, which I can't explain because it was designed following aunt Pui's instructions. My artwork, paintings, drawings, and sculptures were displayed in different corners, even though they didn't quite match because each piece has a completely different concept. The sculpture is Kinnaree. The paintings include abstract works and pictures of scarecrows in rice fields. But Aunt Pui still insisted on putting them up as the shop's decor.

Customers must be confused with the decorations here.

As for the outside, it's a beautiful garden atmosphere, living up to its enchanting name Garden Cafe. Our garden offers a peaceful retreat with a small waterfall, stream, and a pond full of koi fish. The air is alive with the melody of birds and the flutter of butterflies—akin to sipping coffee in the heart of the Dong Phaya Yen forest. All that's missing is a cobra crawling around your leg. Haha, just kidding. A touch of shade is all we need, not a slide into wild mayhem. Beyond the addictive flavors of our food and drinks, it's the natural ambiance that captivates our guests. Here, you can unwind, lighten your spirits, and breathe in the rarity of fresh air among lush foliage—a stark contrast to the city's relentless concrete expanse. This tranquil haven is the essence of our cafe's allure.

If you find yourself with some free time, remember to swing by the Coffee Garden Cafe for a bite. We'd love to see you here! ^^"

"P'Ning, hello!!!"

I greeted P'Ning, a younger friend of aunt Pui who is both the manager and the top barista of our coffee shop, and sometimes my guardian who took care of me on days when my aunt was overloaded with work, such as today. I swept around. There weren't many customers, just a few regular customers. One is a writer. The other is a graduate student. He liked to stop by and work at the shop regularly. So I had a chance to talk with him sometimes. And then there were some high school girls who came to eat cake and snacks while waiting for extra tutorial class.
