AABAN.

My heart beats were still erratic. Lord what is she? She looked so magnificently beautiful. Looking at her getting ready as my wife is so inspiringly delightful. As I thought the colour did suit her so well.

The dress is perfectly made for her. Ammi designed it but I chose the colour. She does look unique in her simple abhaya but today she broke the record. From head to toe she was up to the mark.

The way she was shyly looking at me from the corner of her eyes and the way she was doing her cute acts whenever I caught her staring. I don't know how I'm going to wait for 4 more months without her in my arms.

I was looking at the guests and was even trying to peek inside the house to get a glance of her but to my disappointment she was nowhere in sight. All the ladies were inside and the gents were in the lawn.

Everything about her was perfect except for her eyes. They were dull, without any spark in them. She cried before coming here and I'm sure of it.

I was about to turn around but got bummed with someone. "Oh sorry." I heard a girl's voice and saw her rubbing her forehead. She looked at me batting her lashes and I looked away.

"Aap. I'm sorry." (You). There was shock in her voice. Who is she now?

"It's okay." I mumbled and was going away but she stopped me coming in the front. What the freaking hell is this now? Does she even know who she is messing up with.

"I'm Zayna. Amyrah's sister." She forwarded her hand to shake mine. I was taken aback by it. They are complete opposite poles. I nodded without shaking her hand and she awkwardly took it back.

"You are so handsome, Amyrah hit the lottery." She laughed at her own words and I was getting awkward with her.

"Aaban." I sighed in relief mentally. I never was this happy to hear harami's voice. "Excuse." I walked away from her and Waqar hugged me. "Finally you got the girl in front of your family." He whispered, while I smacked at the back of his head.

"Late as usual." He grinned and looked around. "Where is the food for which I came here for?" He and his love for food.

"Serve first then you will get it."

"For serving I need a little energy, starters would do I guess." I shook my head and pointed towards the food corner. He patted my shoulder and walked towards his destination. He will sell his girl for food.

I looked around talking with the guests and asking them to eat. This is the worst part of the functions to check up on the guests. They are here to eat and they will eat. Why waste unnecessary energy.

I searched for my phone but it wasn't there. Where did I keep it? I looked at the table I sat at before it wasn't there either. Did I leave it in my room? After making sure I don't get caught with the aunties I climbed up to my room.

As I opened the door my steps halted and my eyes widened looking at Amyrah. She was sitting on the bed clutching her head with both of her hands. She might've not noticed me.

Careful of the noise I entered inside and locked the door behind me. How oblivious this girl is? I slowly took the steps towards her. She looked up in jolt and was about to scream but I immediately covered her mouth with my palm.
