The Time Me And Dooka met a Crazy capybara: book 5, part 1.
W/ Corniyah & Elona.
Setting: In The Destroyed 3rd Grade classroom.
No One's POV/3rd Person:
Corniyah started to get tired of just 'waiting it out.' she knew Masoma might be or Is Definitely in danger right now, and that she definitely needed their help. It was good to be patient, but 4 Hours passing and still no Masoma In Sight Is Very, Extremely, concerning. THere's no way she could be gone for this long and Be Okay. She Definitely Injured or Something. On Top Of This being a Burning Building. "I Hope they're both okay, We should go find them." Corniyah stands up immediately, And It seems That Elona Was Starting to Get a Bit Worried As Well, Since She Stood Up As well.. Nodding and with a scared expression plastered on her face. Corniyah takes a Deep Breath and Squints Her eyes, trying her best to navigate herself through the burning, bright and painful fire. Corniyah Knows That it's extremely unrealistic to want to be able to find Both Masoma And Oliver Easy, Safe and Sound. (We Wouldn't have to find TWO things in this fire, If Oliver just LISTENED like a good dog and not run off into the fire! Why did he have to do that?! Not Only him, Masoma too! Jesus Christ.. Why Do I even bother?) Corniyah thought as her jaw tightened. Elona looked around Nervously in every direction through the smoke. Corniyah had seen something dash across the halls from afar. It was on 4 legs, So It HAD to be oliver. "OLIVER!" Corniyah cups her hands over her mouth and Calls Out. Elona Whistles, and they jog after the silhouette. Corniyah approaches the silhouette. It lunges at the two of them. Well It was in fact not Oliver OR masoma. It was a Capybara. The capybara Tackled Elona To the ground, and Coniryah looked petrified. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! GET IT OFF OF ME!" Elona yells, corniyah just kicks the Capybara. That seemed like It Did Nothing to it. Corniyah draws out her dagger out of her scabbard and plunged it down into the Capybaras Flank. It screeches and rears back, stumbling into the fire. It began to burn, and Corniyah Stared In horror. Soon, she brought her attention back to Elona and Immediately helped her up. Then they dashed off, beginning to navigate themselves through the fire.

W/ Jace & Kennon.
Setting: In the forest, just the two of them.
Kennon's POV/1st Person:
"Nice." I Nod. Jace looks at me curiously. "Your name again? I don't know If you told your name before, back at uhm.. You know." Jace didn't finish her sentence, And I didn't need her to finish it for me to know what she was Getting at. "My name?" I repeat sheepishly, My eyes widened. "Yeah. Uh, You're Name." Jace says to me. I gulp. "My name's uhh.." I couldn't remember for some reason. Maybe it's from shock of having someone accompany me after being alone for a while. Or maybe it's the way she's staring at me so intensely, and A Expression I can't explain or wrap my head around. "Your name's 'uh.' okay." Jace smirks teasingly. "No, My Name's I Mean.. Kennon." I say, heat creeping on my cheeks at her tease. "Okay, Nice to meet you 'I Mean Kennon.'" Jace continues the teasing antic, I Couldn't Help But Laugh. "Ok, on a Serious Note.. Kennon. What do you remember last before you came here?" Jace says to me. I try to think, but my mind just feels static and fuzzy. "I Can't remember anything, I.. Don't know." I say slowly. She sighs, shaking her head. "Just try." Jace says.. I remain silent. "Anything Can Help us get one step closer to safety or a plan. Just anything. Big or Small." Jace tries, I Can't Remember the Name Of My Friends For some reason anymore.. I can't remember what they look like. "I Can't Remember, Jace. I just can't- Ever since today, I completely forgot the people i'm close to look like and their names. I'm Sure I remembered yesterday but now I can't. I didn't hit My head, I Just- I-" I begin stumbling over my words and Rambling Nervously, Until I Feel a Hand On my Shoulder. "It's Okay." Jace says, And 'I Know' is what I wanted to say so badly right now. Jace sighs, "I Guess we'll just have to.. Make do with what we have right now, physically and mentally." Jace seemed a bit Disappointed at my lack of memory, My heart sinks. Last thing I need is the person I'm starting to finally, slightly, maybe.. Care about.. Being Mad at me. Jace stood up, getting ready to leave. "Ugh- I- Jace, Wait!" I stagger up onto my feet and chase after her as she walks off. "Where are we going? Jace! Jace?!" I called out. She ignores me. Maybe I was wrong to think that she could be trusted. "JACE!" I call again. I finally catch up to her, Stopping her in her tracks. "Jesus Christ, Jace!" i seethe in frustration. "Just LISTEN to me for once! Where are we going?!" I ask. It took a while for her to respond, "Somewhere safe. I'll explain later." Jace says before walking again. I grab ahold of her arm. 'No! Explain now." I demand, She sighs. "Short Or Long?" Jace says. I stare at her confused. "What?" I'm flabbergasted, she just repeats herself. "Short Or Long, Tough boy." Jace says again. I sigh, inhaling before choosing. "Short, I guess." "...We're Leaving the forest because of a nearby fire." "What?" Jace's Explanation confused me. "NEARBY FIRE? WHAT DO YOU MEAN?" I say, chasing after her. "I saw a Military base not far from there." Jace explains calmly. My heart pounds in my chest."Military base?!" I say, my eyes as wide as saucers. "Yeah?" she says, confused by my reaction. Soon, her confused expression turned into a slight smirking.teasing one. "What, Do you have phobias or a hidden traumatizing Back story behind military bases, Tough boy?" Jace laughs. I shrug. "My friends.." I say. She stares, slightly annoyed. "You said you didn't remember anything, rats for brains." Jace snaps. I jerk back a little. "What, you're gonna tell me that your friends are a threat now?" Jace asks sarcastically. It really scared me how fast her mood can change. "Y-Yes. I Mean- NO!" I try to reassure her as the suspicion only heightens further. "Well, U-Um. Depends on how you look at it." I grin awkwardly. Jace shakes her head and sighs, no response. She continues walking the same direction we were before. "So, Um- Are we going to see my friends?" I ask. That's the last straw for her. "Can you just shut up for one second about your friends?!" She yells at me. I use this as a teasing matter. "What, Jealous?" I smirk with a smug expression. Jace freezes. "No. I'm not jealous or anything close to that. I don't get jealous over some stranger I just so happened to save and only known for a few days." Jace says, her back facing me. "I would never be jealous over you, Tough Boy." Jace says. My heart drops. "Well, Ouch!"I say dramatically. She has no reaction to that.. And we just continue our journey. 'I really do hope she knows what she's doing..' Is what I mutter before I go silent for the rest of our trip.
To Be continued.
