"Where are we going?" Artemis says.
"You'll see soon enough," Dick says.
As they walk down to the last place Dick saw his parents he keeps an eye out, making sure more of his past isn't following them.
"Someone is following us," Artemis takes out the knife she hides in her boots.
The strongman from Zucco's gang comes out.
"Put that away, hand to hand and the training with you know who," Dick says to Artemis.
Artemis nods and they both attack the strongman.
With the training from Black Canary the fight is done in two seconds.
"Tell your boss to leave me alone," Dick says.
"Yes sir," the man says before running away.
"I wished I never had to see them again," Dick says.
"Again?" Artemis says.
"Not here," Dick replies as they continue walking.
They walk until they are at an empty circus tent with a fence around it.
"Dick, what are we doing here, I mean I know we trespass a lot, but only for missions."
"Let's go up and I will tell you," Dick says.
"It looks like it's been abandoned for years," Artemis says.
"It has, I haven't been here since I was nine."
"But didn't you grow up here?"
"Only after I was adopted, this is the reason I am such a great acrobat."
Artemis raises her eyebrow.
"Over the fence," Dick says before jumping.
Artemis follows and then stands next to Dick.
"The Flying Graysons," Artemis says.
She looks at the boy on the poster.
"Wait, is that you?" Artemis asks.
"Yes, before I put on the suit and Batman adopted me, I traveled with Haly's circus," Dick explains.
"So if Batman adopted you, what happened to your parents?"
"They were murdered by Tony Zucco, the boss I told Strongman to relay a message to," Dick says.
"I'm sorry," Artemis says.
"Wally was the only one I told, well until you."
"Why did you tell me? It seems too hard for you to talk about."
"Because you needed to know, I felt the same way after I watched my parents fall to their death. I wanted revenge, wanted to kill Zucco. But Batman helped me realize that revenge wouldn't make me feel better, it would make me like Zucco, a murderer."
"And if I kill the Reach then I would be a murderer," Artemis realizes.
"Exactly, and Wally wouldn't want that, he would want you to keep going, bring justice the right way," Dick says.
"You're right, let's get me home," Artemis says.
